The only minor detail was the mattress, I kept rolling into the middle of the bed but didn’t impact how wonderful the cottage and location was.

Location was beautiful nestled in the vines and close to wineries. The cottage was clean and great attention to detail. The breakfast provisions were delicious and generous. Steve was so friendly and helpful.

There was nothing we found to be unhappy about. We loved the chickens and the dog, we were close to everything, and after visiting nearby vineyards it was a pleasure to get back to the Cottage

The supplies were excellent, the very old cottage had everything we wanted and had been thoughtfully put together. We didn't realize we were coming to the home of Heritage Winery, and we were doubly pleased with the lovely bottle of Semillon which was in the frig when we arrived.

Lucy's cottage was a perfect little couple's getaway location and really well placed to go to lots of places in the Barossa. Steve is an excellent host and accommodated an unusual request for me with no fuss at all. The place is immaculate, and the breakfast provisions were delicious and super fresh- all local produce! We would recommend this place to anyone!

Our host, Steve, was very friendly and welcoming and kindly offered us a private wine tasting at his Cellar Door upon arrival. He was contactable if needed throughout our stay, but was very respectful of our space and privacy. The cottage was stocked with everything needed for a short getaway. Generous fresh produce and breakfast provisions were included for us to prepare at our own leisure of a morning. Location was very handy. Quiet and peaceful setting, but only a 5 minute drive from the main area of Tanunda and many of the local wineries. Bonus was that it was only a 3 min walk to a wine bar and an upmarket restaurant 😊

Cosy, quiet cottage, on a beautiful property. Steve is a wonderful host . Delicious local produce provided for our breakfast, plus artisan toiletries. Steve's wine was delectable and much appreciated. Great suggestions for meals and sight seeing made our 3 night stay a very enjoyable experience. Thanks again Steve. Carmel

It was a beautiful little cottage, everything you needed. It was comfortable, cosy and located in the perfect spot, close to Nuriootpa, Tanunda and couple of there little towns. Surrounded by beautiful vineyards and wineries/cellar doors.

The property is lovely and peaceful, but definitely not suitable to visit without a car - 7 minutes drive to the nearest town.

Lucy's Cottage was a delight. All the amenities were clean and comfortable. A lot of thought had been put into the amenities supplied.... lovely local produce for breakfast, fruit, locally produced soaps and shampoo, a folder of recommendations for activities and places to eat. The bathroom and living area floors were heated - so nice! Steve was a great host, and we enjoyed the wine tasting at his cellar door next door.

Lucy's Cottage was a beautifully presented property with amazing attention to detail in a wonderful location. Steve and his buddy Nelson were wonderful generous hosts as we learned all about the Cottage and area. Steve provided ample breakfast provisions as well as samples of what the property and region has to offer which is always a great additional bonus. But the information folder with hints and tips was extremely helpful. I referenced that folder the entire time, the knowledge of the Barossa that Steve provides is world class. Highly recommend

Steve the owner was very welcoming the cottage is very comfortable,clean and cosy breakfast of bacon eggs was provided the first night which was local produce and awesome The cottage is very central to everything with lots of restaurants only 5-10 min away by car Nelson Steve,s dog is gorgeous and with chickens in the front yard really felt like I was in the country
