Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

AustraliaNothing negative apart from I was to be scared to use the parking car stacker in the basement. I did manage to find a visitors spot though.
Everything was on point and well thought out. The property had everything and icing on the cake was the amazing indoor pool that is literally in front of your door. The host advised me that privacy screens had gone up and it was definitely needed being the first property everyone passes as the enter the main lobby. I loved everything! A gem 💎in the heart of Canberra.

AustraliaCouple of small maintenance issues which I've forwarded to the host. The heating for the swimming pool wasn't currently working but it wasn't too cold anyway. Main bedroom isn't very private if you have the blind open (which is needed if you want light or air).
Overall, this apartment was great for us as a family of four, staying 2 nights. It's in a fantastic location, 5 minutes drive or so to most facilities and attractions. Walking distance to some nice restaurants. The instructions for check-in and everything else given by the host were extensive and helpful. The apartment was clean and really well appointed.

AustraliaOnly knock and it may not be In control of this apartment but the complex has an indoor pool and it doesn't have heater on in the middle of winter so pool is like an iceberg, kind of pointless for me and a little disappointing that it's not mentioned that it's off in winter
Loved location, right near Lake and bars and cafes Apartment was very nice but seemed to be maybe a 1 bedroom into a 2 but still very nice!! Host was terrific for check in and check out.
