Perfect location for Gold Coast Exhibition Centre. Great views from the balcony. Easy access to major shopping centre. Room well laid out. I really enjoyed the stay

-Water pressure to the amenities were almost trickly. -One of the blinds were faulty (wouldn't roll up) had to call to have it rolled down which was a bit of an inconvenience as we were on a business trip. Our first morning was spent with the sun blazing in the room but on a positive note, it was actioned promptly. -We arrived at the apartment with sheets in the washing machine and towels on top of the machine. They were removed when the blind was being taken care of though.

The open space of the apartment was great. The view was awesome. Communication was great with the servicing staff. It was a convenient location for where our business conference was held.

The window coverings don't due much so you have to run the aircon pretty hard to cool it down in the afternoon. The water pressure in the shower was absolutely horrible. It was like trying to shower under a leaky tap.

Good location for the conference that I was attending at the GCCC. View from the room was great and the available amenities were fantastic with the gym and pool.

Sadly there was building work on the high rise block to the left of the bedroom which started between 6 and 7 in the morning with communications so load.

Beautifull apartment with a perfect view. The heated pool and other facilities was an added bonus.

Not tea sugar salt pepper . Or Pool towels. And picking up the key from different location and you had to take all the bags with you to pick up the keys Very inconvenient.

The check in was ridiculous. There needs to be more information about checking in and where to park. We paid nearly $200 for parking while we were there.

Having to Collect the keys at the nearby tram station (5-7 mins walk away ) is a bit of a pain . But all was forgiven after stepping inside the amazing apartment ! Some nicer, more upmarket soaps / shampoos (and conditioner) might be more fitting of a luxury apartment of that calibre . And whilst there’s a good coffee machine , some tea bags and sugar on hand would be good . All in all a great stay though .

-The floor to ceiling windows with amazing views , and providing such a sense of space -clean and modern apartment , comfortable beds, good aircon - The pool and gym in the complex were great - Close to everything - Did I mention those views ?!

Lifts were very busy. Took some time. Best parking (convention centre) is a bit of a walk, but worth it.

Clean, comfortable beds, nice views, access to nice BBQ area, sauna, steam room and pool.

Slept 5 but you only get one key for the apartment which was annoying as you needed the key to get up in the lift so if all guests didn’t come back together it wasn’t ideal. A lock box downstairs would have been perfect.

No shampoo they have 2 bottles of body wash.. No hair dryer unfortunately

I guess you really need to know the area. It is difficult to find the kiosk for the key.
