Perfect location and size

The lock box location made it hard to park to get the key. It was hard not to block the lane way. Being a local, it was easy for me to do the block once or twice, but I reckon this would be frustrating for a visitor.

WiFi connection was excellent, and the decor. I needed a space that had contemporary decor and solid WiFi. I was presenting on a global online master-class and the apartment was perfect for this purpose. The view is amazing, the bed super comfy, and the Tim Tams a nice touch, although I forgot to eat them!

We were prepared to use the lock box. However the area smells quite bad and there were a couple of identical boxes. We’re familiar with Brisbane but someone not local may find this process a bit scary and stressful. Consider reaching out to body corp to approve an internal lockbox location in the lobby area of the residences. No cot available. A recommendation would be to have 2 twin beds in the 2nd room that can be pushed together to make a larger bed, or provide a single inflatable mattress and air pump in the closet (easy to store). A small convenience that would make the apartment more marketable to families. The only major safety issue is the coffee table: it’s lovely but the glass top is not attached to the wobbly base and we knocked the whole thing over twice. You should replace asap so it doesn’t injure anyone more seriously.

Clean, nicely decorated. Full height windows were lovely and the western view allows a beautiful sunset and view of mt coot-tha. It was so nice watching the lightning. The rooms were clean and there was plenty of towels, soap and shampoo. Nice big dining table and living room sofa was really comfortable, as were the beds. In general the apartment is a great location and access to the city and other conveniences is good. Wifi and Netflix access was great. Unbelievable view from the roof pool. The owner communication is excellent and the PDF provides all of the information you need, clearly laid out. Owner was very nice and courteous on the phone. We’ve stayed in many Brisbane hotels and I’d definitely book here again.

I travelled with my 3 young adult daughters. We ran out of toilet paper by the 5th day, and there was no laundry soap.

Great location - amazing views, clean, easy parking, good cooking facilities, two bathrooms !! - Great for families doing a bit of shopping, also so close to grocery shops. Also our host Jonas was amazing allowing us to check out later and leave our bags at property before our late afternoon flight home. Thanks again :)

Only down points they have no control over - one of three building lift not working, difficult to find the building the recycle bins as they weren't to be put in the chute.

Clean and well appointed apartment. Lovely view out over Brisbane city. The place is conveniently located for both the city and Fortitude Valley. Beds were very comfortable. Fantastic view from the pool and bbq area.

Access instructions. We were emailed instructions for the key/access but didn't have access to email when we arrived. We thought there was a reception. The instructions for access and parking were hence not available or clear and created a bit of stress. We also couldn't reach the host (ph was off). We had to contact Booking.com to get in and even then the instructions for the car park egress were not detailed and took a while as we were looking for a reader to open the gate. Turns out, it was on the remote.

Good location. Pool was freezing but nice. The apt was very tidy and comfortable (complimentary Tim Tams too). Price seemed reasonable.

Only 3 elevators to service 38 floors and one wasn’t operating, so we had to wait ages each time we needed to go up or down Not really geared for 5 people although they allow up to 6. Quite tight on space.

Stains, dust, having to wash own dishes, small bathroom, nicer rooms at Meriton for half the price. No concierge to leave bags if you check out and want to look around. We actually rang Meriton and they kindly let us leave our luggage with them ,

The place was not very clean. The owner acknowledged this and said that he is hiring new cleaners and giving us a refund of 20% for the inconvenience. It is going to take a while to get this refund though. The drinking water tasted awful, it needs filtration, and there was very limited selection of coffee and tea for 3 people staying for 2 days (there was only 4 coffee pods, 2 were decaf, and there was no normal tea, and one very small packet of long life milk) so we had to order our coffees in the morning and get them delivered instead. The pool area is also only open until 10pm so couldn't go for a swim when we got home from dinner etc, and couldn't take any impressive nigh time photos from up there either. Overall it was too expensive for what we got really

The apartment was nice, great views, great location, comfy beds and pillows, good water pressure in the showers. The heated rooftop pool was lovely, I think it was a salt pool, so refreshing

There was nothing luxurious about that place. Very tired building, awful smell. Dirty apartment, somebody’s underwear on the floor, dust everywhere. At 10am literally on the clock we pretty much got kicked out as cleaners were ringing the door. When you pay that kind of money you expect some kind of service, pick up keys from the lock on the fence. Even in hotels you don’t have 10 am check out. Very disappointing! Would never stay again.

Air con first night didn’t work in the bedrooms so we experienced an uncomfortable night. When we contacted the owner, he fixed it and second night was lovely.
