Dirty sheets (someone had spilt foundation all over the sheets and it stained badly). Also strands of hair in the bed. Also the bed is hard to get in to, there’s a wooden platform that you need to climb on to that’s around half a meter wide, then you can climb on to the mattress. Not so good if you aren’t able to climb things ect. I struggled as I have recently broken my foot and it’s still healing, wasn’t ideal.

Room is small but enough for solo traveller. Shower is a bit messy with the water...but minor issue.

Location is excellent- great food in a trendy suburb (South of Johnson, Proud Mary, Wabi Sabi and more) , great street art, great coffee. Short tram ride to museum, or the city. Lovely staff. Comfy bed.

Awesome location, you really can’t beat it for the price. The rooms are definitely on the smaller side (I got the smallest room), but honestly, big enough. Would definitely stay again.

The room was only as wide as the length of the bed. Some agility was needed to navigate with two people in the room.

The shower has lots of water that seeps into the tiny bathroom, not a huge deal but just annoying because it’s super compact. There is some noise from surrounding establishments on the weekend but nothing we couldn’t handle just something to be aware of when booking.

Everything you need! It’s like a hybrid between a hostel and a hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the location was perfect for us.

Pillows are all high profile. It would be nice to have a low profile option. With the current curtains, some light gets it, full block-out curtains would be great too.

The room was clean, but there was a lot of hair in the bed and window sill that defiantly was not mine. It’s a bit noisey too, could hear people on the corridors and some noise from the room next door

my one issue is its great that they offer. a guest one free coffee a day, but to wait. in line and then the person at the desk has to jump on computer to locate the guest and then make the coffee..is a bit absurd, just make it easier..too corporate to get a coffee. also when a guest does not like a room and asks to change and it becomes an issue and you are trying to charge me an extra 20 or 30 for switching rooms stating there was something in the garbage that housekeeping had to take care of, is not ok...that is my time, that is now this review and that is not ok. The upper management was great but it should not have had to escalate to that as I would like to stay here again and the overall concept is great but needs working out in the kinks of corporate.

the location and idea of this hotel is great. It meets todays travelers , there is a shared kitchen, washer room, its hip and in a great artistic area. The rooms are fine--
