Checked in and the hotel restaurant was closed. We were given a list of other restaurants but I am sure the owners knew that all those restaurants were also closed. Would have saved a lot of wasted time if they just told us most places are closed on Mondays

The other room upstairs was too loud. They were making joise all night. The telecom was not working. No signals. Had only 2gb free wifi.

Pity the window above spa is so high up - you have to sit fully up in the spa to take in the full view. Restaurant was closed, so no brekky in bed :( might have to come back for that experience!

Spa was everything we needed! Bed was super comfy, and robes were a nice touch for after the spa.

There was a big dead flies in spa bath and inside toilet bowl was dirty not alot put wasn't the best

A trivia issue: it would be good if they have a separate switch for the exhaust fan in the bathroom … every time you turn on the light, the fan is on the same time and it is very noisy especially going to toilet at night .. may be a night light in the bathroom?

The room was spacious and clean. Complimentary bottled water were provided. The view was beautiful.

The pool heater was broken so the water was freezing, but we were advised about this and still enjoyed the hot tub. The restaurant was also closed for refurbishments I think.

The water from the shower went out over the bathroom floor. The window above the bed must leak as there was damage to the plaster. Soundproofing between rooms is very poor

Nice quiet location. Spacious room with good layout. Fantastic view. Spa bath looks out onto this. Indoor pool on site even though we didn’t get to use it. Heaters put on prior to arriving so room was nice and warm.

When I arrived it looked like a boring ordinary hotel - was pleasantly surprised after entering. There is nothing within walking distance and no food available at the hotel.

Spa with a view - amazing - great finish after a hard day. Room was nice and clean and Moccona coffee much appreicated.

The big disappointment was that the restaurant was closed, but we were told that it would reopen soon. The room is pricey if you are just stopping overnight, as we were, and didn't use the available facilities.

Our corner room was large and airy with a pleasant view of the Macedon ranges. The ensuite was also spacious. There was also a large spa surrounded on two sides by windows and open to the rest of the room. The site itself is large with heated pool, spa, and an on-site masseuse.

It wasn’t the cleanest. The pool had giant bugs on the bottom. It was also quiet noisey once the other guests were there.

The location was amazing! The view was stunning. The grounds were very well kept.

With the restaurant closed at the moment, I expressed my concern there was no microwave in the room, this was instantly addressed and I had one to use. Being in our 70's the shower floor was very slippery for us and once again this was immediately addressed and the staff bought us non slip mats

The room, view and spa were excellent. We enjoyed visiting the nearby towns of Woodend and Macedon. We especially enjoyed going to our favourite place to see Hanging Rock again. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful
