A full size mirror would have been nice. We think beds were only Douuble size?? Housekeeping could have done a bit better. White shower tiles could have been cleaned a bit better in some of grout, some dirty marks on walls. Tap fittings cleaned better( small details!) Check in not clear. On bookin . Com said host would meet us! Not the case ! I did not see message immediately about keys in lock box partly because of this. Tried to ring host with no success when trying go to check in,

Very convenient to stay for a family because nearly everything needed for a family life, especially cooking, is provided. Also, the price and the location are pretty good considering the easy accessibility to the city.

To check-out, we were told to drop the keys in the mailbox on level G - but we realised that you need the fob to go the basement where our car was parked. So, we ended up waiting at level G until someone came through the elevator doors to help us get to the basement. Tip for travellers - scan both G and basement floors when checking out and have someone hold the door/hold off with luggage while you drop off the keys.

Clean, spacious apartment in a great location. The apartment complex is great and there's ample parking. The host was friendly and welcoming. She waited until late evening at the site for us to arrive from Melbourne.

We left like home. The host was amazing! super friendly and respond promptly for all our queries. The apartment is super clean and has all the required facilities. It was an amazing stay, we definitely stay there when we are back. PS. There was a free bird show in every morning at the balcony :) Cockatoos, parrots and pigeon etc were there.

Entry and exit from the street by car was in one direction only so if you wanted to go in the other direction it took a number of kilometres and u turns before you could head in the right direction. Traffic noise was very loud if windows were open and at night even with windows closed the traffic was quite noisy. But I come from a quiet rural area so this may not be an issue for other travellers.

A bit of traffic noise from the road but soon get over that.

Very clean, well finished comfortable spacious modern bright unit. Host was very generous with provision of tea bags, coffee pods, even a litre of fresh milk in the fridge. Air-conditioner works well and v quiet. Beds were super comfortable. Bathrooms (2 bathrooms/toilets) were v clean. Plenty of towels etc. Many amenities provided. Kitchen devices like dishwasher,microwave, dishwasher were like new. Detergents for dishwasher, clothes washing machine etc all provided. V prompt response by hostess. Comfortable clean sofa. Lots of clothes hangers. All good. Definitely will stay here again.

Traffic noise is a challenge if you are not used to it - all night and all day.

Everything was clean and tidy and as described. All the things you need for a few days stay are there in terms of amenities, cooking utensils etc . This a is a great location for Macquarie Shopping Centre and Macquarie Uni and easier to move around that centre of the city.

More time allowed between swiping key fob and floor selection in elevators could be helpful (particularly for vision impaired guests).

Great value for money: The location was well positioned; public transport and other conveniences were all within easy walking distances. The apartment itself was very comfortable and well facilitated, with expansive views from the balcony and all windows.

The only thing that gave us a few problems was the basement car park: the signage is appalling so we went round and round and round lol. The host did give us directions to our car space but unfortunately, the lack of formal signage was definitely a problem. This of course is not the fault of the Host, it is the fault of the apartment complex management. The arrows and hard-to see signage presumes that everyone knows where to go etc which may work for permanent residents but not for visitors. Also, the bed in the main room was very hard and could benefit from a mattress topper although I do realise some people like a very hard bed so it is a personal preference.

The apartment was only 15 minutes drive to where we needed to be (Annandale). It was well appointed, extremely clean and a very enjoyable space to spend two days/nights. We loved the bedrooms and bathrooms-very nice! we would definitely book it again. The host also met me with the keys and she was very friendly so thank you to her :) We also had a visit from a cockatoo on the balcony which was fun! and Dan Murphy's is straight across the road - even better!

Location might be a little far from the city but we have a car so doesn't really bother us.

This apartment is very spacious and have everything you need. Only thing I would suggest is a bottle of cooking oil. The smell went you walk in to the apartment is very nice and fresh. beds are comfy as well.
