Floors needed vacuuming and the fans needed cleaning badly. Tv had terrible reception and could only get a few channels. The location was close to town but up a very steep hill.

Great view from balcony, beds were very comfortable and the unit was well equipped with most things you need on a short holiday. Close to town.

If I’m honest, I did find the walk up the hill to the apartment from the main St pretty hefty. To get the view, it’s going to be steep, so expect that. I did expect the unit to be serviced midway through our stay and was surprised that this didn’t happen. We made good use of the washing machine and did our sheets and towels ourselves. No big deal really.

This place is all about the fantastic view. It’s just amazing. The apartment was very roomy. The appliances were all in good working condition. The beds and lounges were comfortable. Love this place, would stay again.

The pool is the best we'd ever seen, even better than the pictures. The size of the apartment was lovely, there were 5 of us, and we fitted in comfortably. The balcony was also a great space to watch the sunset. We booked well in advance and found it extremely good value for money.

Ok, the coffee machine was broken, the hotplates didn't work very well, the shower leaked water across the bathroom floor, this apartment needs a serious grout clean and an update.

The communication was amazing, well done! The view is amazing, and getting up that hill was a challenge I accepted!

The killer Hill it’s located on, but the views are worth it. The property needs a good clean, it’s very dusty and bathrooms had a lot of scale build up. Shower drains were blocked with hair. We also found items that didn’t belong to us just under 2 of the beds, which would suggest better cleaning is needed.

The views were exceptional, breathtaking. Great location close to everything. Enough room for the whole family. Lovely staff.

This is a lovely apartment but there were some issues that are worth noting by the apartment owner and by potential guests: linen was provided but only ONE large bath towel was provided for the entire week of the booking. The bottom sheet on the main bed was the wrong size - it was too short and did not entirely cover the mattress. Peace and quiet can be hit and miss in holiday apartments but at this site there was regular noise from surrounding apartments, a number of which are privately rented. The tenants in the apartment below held two very loud parties during my stay - day and night music and loud talking was heard and often cigarette smoke from the outside balconies. I met other holiday rental guests who commented on this noise problem. The cleanliness of the apartment needs attention: the floors were quite dirty and appeared not to have been properly cleaned for some time. (When I walked around the apartment in bare feet on arrival I was surprised to see that the soles of my feet had become extremely dirty). A minor annoyance was an infestation of tiny, fast-moving ant-like insects on kitchen benches and also on the lounge suite where I was bitten on a number of occasions. Throughout my stay I was finding long black hairs around the apartment (from previous occupants). Also, the pillows in the main bedroom had a strong, unpleasant body odor (need cleaning/replacing). There were two small pools on-site for use by quests throughout the complex but one pool was unusable and closed (appeared to have been closed for some time) so only one small pool for use by all on site. I could not locate any welcome/instruction information in the apartment - there was only a set of garage and roof access keys - on arrival, some written information about the apartment and on-site amenities would have been very useful.

View from the apartment was superb. Kitchen facilities and equipment were excellent. The lock-up garage provided with the apartment was a welcome bonus. Apartment access was via an electronic keypad so no need to carry apartment keys - just remember your apartment access pincode. A special mention to the outstanding, hard-working on-site Resort Manager, Kas, who is delightful and very professional!

Only downside of the apartment was the large and steep hill it was located on. Definitely keep this in mind if you are not hiring a car, as I think if you were elderly and/or unfit you would struggle with the steep hill.

Needs better wifi, reception is poor at the location so needed wifi that could stream. Also wifi password we were given was incorrect.

No wi-fi during our stay, which was VERY inconvenient as I needed to work a couple of hours per day. Additionally, the "smart TV" becomes useless, not only we couldnt enjoy YouTube, Netflix, etc (which would have been great considering we were travelling with a toddler), the "air channels" didn't work either - very bad antenna which made all channels breaking up, could not even listen to what they were saying. During the 3 days we were there, there was no solution provided, while we could see heaps of wi-fi networks online around. If there was an "4G outage" in the area, this should have been communicated to us in advance, and we would have cancelled the reservation and book elsewhere. Spending time in the accommodation is a very important part of the holidays, and not having wifi connection made it quite miserable. When you want to relax after a long day out, it's crucial to have wifi, let alone if you actually need to work. Double check wifi is working before booking this accommodation !

Nothing really but a private bbq would have been nice

Location and view was really good. We were able to walk and leave the car. There is a hill so if you do struggle walking then probably not ideal if you need to walk up the hill. Views, pools, space and facilities were all excellent. The top external balcony could do with additional seating, or loungers and a private bbq would have been really good. The parking was fine. We had an 8 seater and fit it in no problem. Nice lagoon on the front as well.

Property needs lots of care. Clothes dryer didn’t work and drying clothes was a major issue for us. Ensuite sliding door was stuck, and kept open through out.

The cleanliness was unacceptable. Floors weren’t clean The main bathrooms drain clogged up to your knees when trying to have a shower.
