Emu Bay is the perfect spot to stay and we thoroughly enjoyed our accommodation at Magnolia Emu Bay. Fabulous for two couples, two rooms with extra large beds with one room having ensuite & also a separate bathroom plus two living spaces. A lovely decking to enjoy the stunning views of Emu Bay. Very comfortable and clean in Hamptons style. Highly recommend, we will be back.

An absolutely beautiful house in an amazing location. Emu Bay would have to be one of the prettiest beaches on Kangaroo Island. the house is brand new, comfortable, and has everything for a premium stay. Avery big thank you from us. This was by far the highlight of our trip. We couldn’t recommend it more.

The layout, the location. The design, we loved it. My partner made a point, as he works in real estate solutions. That he would love to live in this exact place, if he could replicate the layout and design it was perfect in every way. It was unique and different to other home designs. The builder and owner or the home. Did an emmculate job on this house.

There was no outdoor table and chairs, so we had to bring our own trestle table and deck chairs. We feel the price was a little too high for what you are getting, especially if you have multiple guests staying. The vacant block next door also had a caravan with people staying there, and multiple cars parked on it which was a bit annoying.

This property was absolutely stunning and beautifully decorated. It was extremely clean, and the beds were really comfy. The linen, towels and kitchenware were of high quality. The property has 2 separate living areas, 2 bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms which we loved.

Maybe an outdoor hose to rinse off sand It would be amazing if there were a small shop offering fresh local produce and bread.

Nothing - it was perfect!

The house is beautiful - lovely decor, spacious, light and airy. Two large bedrooms with king size beds - very comfortable. Two living areas plus large deck with lots of seating and stunning views, also BBQ. Underfloor heating in bathrooms would be lovely in winter! It had everything that we needed and more for comfortable stay. Communication was also great. We would definitely love to return! :)

Some aspects of cleaning - floor and upper cupboard handles and doors. We had issues with the hot water and main water supply pump on the last day but this is just a maintenance issue and should not bother other stayers.
