Location is convenient and very close to the beach. The apartment was spacious and had good kitchen facilities. The bed was very comfortable! Hotel has a nice outdoor pool and spa area. Staff were efficient and friendly. Checking in & checking out was easy.

The parking spaces were a little small but I mean that’s not a major inconvenience, however I didn’t see any staff members at anytime of my stay which I was fine with but some people who don’t know there way around technology might struggle to check in and out

Nothing other than the pool being a little dirty but that is only because you asked. Not an issue due it being only leaf litter after bad weather.

The view from our room was better than expected. Location to cafe's and groceries great. Easy walk to beach.

There was an air conditioner leaking water behind a wall that drenched the carpet in the bedroom which created bit of an unpleasant smell. IT never dried for the whole stay. Management did their best to place towels over it but it needed a big repair from a trades person. We got a 1pm check out which made the last day much more comfortable.

Great location, a few hundred metres to the beach, room was freshly refurbished, close to restaurants and an underground allocated parking with an additional cost. Stayed here before and would stay again.

The room was dirty when we arrived. The male reception worker was on his phone texting and ignored us for a few minutes when we went to ask that it be cleaned, and also said there was nothing they could do. As we had left the room for the night after we asked that it be cleaned, we expected that they may be able to clean the next day, but the housekeeping staff went above and beyond to fix this outside of their regular hours by first knocking on the door (when we weren't there) and then calling us to ask permission to enter and clean, less than an hour after we were told that they wouldn't be able to clean it! This was in peak schoolies season so it meant a lot that they would come back and clean up after what seemed like a group of teenagers. Must have been the same receptionist who forgot to schedule the room to be cleaned before we arrived!

The view, and the size of the room. When we asked for another clean the housekeeping staff went out of their way for us. We overall had a great experience. The female reception worker was polite, friendly, and put in effort to improve our stay.

Nice view, prefect location. 4 mins walk to main beach. Friendly staff. we arrived after hours, they planned everything perfectly for a smooth check in. Free car park was a bonus!

A bit more attention to detail by your housekeepers. A new bed is probably due for that room. The layout of the room was very good.

The view was nice. The bed was very creaky and not very comfortable. There was ice cream in the fridge from the previous occupant. The Bala only was dirty with a couple of spill marks on the floor.

The mattress was very uncomfortable & where you provide 4 pillows All the same, maybe you could make it 2 softer ones (as provided) & 2 firmer ones. When I changed the bed sheets, I noticed that the mattress protector was not fit for human use. It was cringe worthy. As my interest in the facilities centres around a clean & comfortable bed & a bathroom to shower, all the rest is negligible. More effort should be put towards the bedding I feel.

internet was not available for 2 days and needed to ask reception. But I was at work and by the time I reached back the reception was closed. So, I call it inconvenient to use the internet. Also Aircon was not good. During the stay it never reached the temperature which I set. So always running and short of what is required.

View of beach was there but there was a building right in front obstructing half of the view.

a bit outdated and not super clean, however nothing too bad, i would stay again

didn’t get a chance to use the pool but it looked great. hotel was located a short walk from the main road with shops and restaurants, a short walk from the beach, a 711 right around the corner for late night snacks, and only around 5-10 minute walk from the tram station. kitchen with a full fridge was great. balcony got full morning sun which was beautiful to sit out in the mornings
