I was blown away by how stunning the place was, how gorgeous the hosts were, how clean it was, the breakfast treats in the fridge, the value! It was all beyond perfect. I went away for my partner and I 10 year anniversary and it was perfect. We would come back in a heart beat and bring our friends. Couldn’t recommend enough

My friend Pauline and I had the most wonderful time at Maleny Hinterland Escape. Charlie and Mary have done an amazing job making the property and the accommodation feel like the perfect hinterland escape. Charlie was the most wonderful host and was so lovely to chat too and greeted us upon arrival to show us to our room. Their gorgeous dog Millie was their to say hello as well. The rooms are set up so beautifully with all the amenities you need even a picnic rug if you wanted to have a picnic on the property. They have thought of all the little personal touches that will make your stay extra special. Thank you Charlie and Mary for having us stay we will definitely be back in the future!

As the units are attached to the main property it does feel only a little like you have to keep quiet and it is run on rain water so you do need to respect that the water is precious. This really doesn't take away from the experience at all though and they have almost finished the cabin that is away from the house.

Absolutely everything! From the messages beforehand letting us know that Google's maps won't be helpful and giving us a great description of how to find the place to the fact that Charlie was such a gentleman and held doors open for me and would not let me carry my bags. Meeting Milly the stunning albino border collie and getting greeted by her each morning was so adorable too! The unit itself is lavish with a grand bathroom that is so stunningly complimented with some gorgeous plants. There are all the facilities you need to be self sufficient and if you don't feel like cooking your own meals there are a lot of wonderful places to eat in town. The view at the property is so wonderful and Charlie mentioned future workings he has in mind to provide more places to enjoy the views. If you are a couple looking for the perfect escape and some wonderful views this place can't be skipped over!

A Lovely apartment in a beautiful rural location which is not too far from town and Maleny's attractions. Charlie, the host, was super friendly and helpful! A bonus for us, as keen photographers, was a couple of exceptional sunsets!

Beautiful location. With the property being a nice distance away from the main road, it offers a quiet escape from your day to day lifestyle. While still being in close proximity to essentials i.e: supermarket, restaurants etc.

The bed was a little too hard for my liking but I do have some back issues so I don't expect to get too comfortable from many places.

The location was great, far enough away from traffic to not hear it but close enough to town for a quick drive down the road. The hosts, Charlie & Mary, were very friendly and accommodating. They have done a great job in remodeling and fitting the suite out with nice furnishings. Their dog, Millie, is also very friendly.

A perfect location in a secluded area of the Sunshine Coast, stunning views with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Accomodation was perfect for our needs, bed was comfortable, bathroom luxurious, it had everything we needed and more. Our hosts were most welcoming, Charlie was informative and full of local knowledge and always ready to help and Millie the border collie was never far away. A great place to unwind and let the world pass you by.
