The car park was hard to negotiate with a larger vehicle.

not a smart tv so HDMI cable would have been great to allow connection of a laptop to watch streaming service. No lift so quite an effort to get suitcases up 2 flights of stairs from carpark.

Very poor view from our apartment. Also quite dark. Outside space very close to paths felt like being in a goldfish bowl which was a shame as the apartment was superb with everything we needed.

We stayed in the executive room, which was extremely well renovated! Ground floor apartment overlooking a hothouse garden, was so happy with it! The pool was also amazing!

Great location - a two minute walk to 4 mile beach and a 10-15 walk to the high street. Our ground floor apartment was spacious and as luck would have it next to the smaller but quiet pool and tennis court. Well presented, checkin was super fast and parking facilities were spot on.

This was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting Port Douglas. It was close to all of our activities, town and the beach. The staff were very helpful and the apartment had everything we needed.

Location and layout of the suite was great. We had a recently renovated suite and it was beautiful.

The kitchen was not well equipped in terms of oil, salt, pepper etc .. I think these basics should be in the kitchens

It was very nice, clean and comfortable but probably wouldn’t use the word luxury.

Nice comfortable apartment done out with high spec appliances. On a very pleasant street just a short walk from the town centre We were late arriving and our key was waiting for us. We were quite late returning one evening and our key cards failed to work, As there is no out of hours receptionist we feared a long night- however, sorted within 15 minutes, excellent

Our apartment was beautifully styled, well equipped and spotlessly clean. It felt more like a 3 bedroom home than an apartment. Just a short stroll across the road and through the trees to the expansive four mile beach.

Huge apartments and very well equipped. The staff were very helpful and communicative in the lead up to and during our stay. Location is great too, as you are opposite 4 Mile Beach (accessed by boardwalk in front of the apartments) and only a 10 min walk away from the Main Street and marina.

There was nothing to dislike about the property is was fabulous.

five minutes walk to the beach. Apartment was huge and fabulous with a massive balcony overlooking the pool area. Plenty of complimentary tea and coffee and also milk which was a nice touch, the apartment had absolutely everything you needed and the staff were great.

nothing - everything was excellent. Not cheap but everything was very good - including the size of our 3 bedroom apartment.

Great facilities and surroundings including beautiful lush greenery. Great quality tennis courts, BBQ, and 2 pools. Perfect location close to the beach and safe swimming area, surf club and one small cafe as well as a short walk to main street. THe staff were wonderful and worked with any special requests we had such as storing luggage early and borrowing some pool towels before we had officially check in for our barrier reef tour. A few nice touches were also noted such as salt and pepper, sauce, olive oil spray etc at the BBQs and a clean tea towel.
