Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

AustraliaNothing at all! The experience was exceptional and way above expectations.
Host's attention to details and making sure our every need is provided for. Pressed linen, tableware setup for breakfast and dinner, Easter chocolate eggs and hot cross buns on Easter Sunday! We were spoilt during our stay at Manderley. Robyn and Col made us feel welcomed and special.

United StatesThis was a wonderful place to stay. The area was beautiful and quiet with a fantastic garden to admire from your window. The owners were lovely and served an exceptional, continental breakfast. We were very lucky to find this bedroom, which is a short drive to many sites in the neighboring area.

AustraliaThe weather but hey…
From the ease of communication (we changed our booking twice) to the accomodating nature of Robyn and Col and everything in between, we simply couldn’t have asked for more. The home was beautifully appointed and the breakfast and afternoon tea were evidently fresh and prepared with love, the exposure to farm life was informative and hands on and the pets were an added bonus (until I had to tear my kids away at departure time). Highly recommend this place.

AustraliaEverything is perfect!
Robyn and Colin are amazing. Their garden and their farm have left a particularly good memory for our family. I have never seen such an excellent farmstay! We keep saying that we are so lucky to see 8 calves born in the first month! We love all the farm activities here. Thank you Robyn for telling me all the knowledge. Thank Colin for bringing joy to our son! Our baby has many "the first step of his life" here. A good place that I will never forget in my life!

AustraliaWeather was not best..it was raining and cold but Col made sure the fireplace was running and the house was cosy. We will definitely be back during summer to enjoy the outdoor much longer!!
Our stay was beautiful and relaxing..Robyn and Col made sure that we were comfortable and they were happy to show around the farm. Our toddler got to feed donkey and see cows very close. Robyn had afternoon tea ready for us on the arrival which was lovely surprise. In short, if you are looking for relaxing weekend, it's perfect place.

This place is a hidden gem. Robyn and Col have been wonderful. They were so welcoming. It was an authentic farm stay experience. The place is super clean. Beds were extremely cosy. Afternoon tea with freshly made scones was a welcoming surprise. The continental breakfast was so generous. Freshly baked bread was the highlight. We enjoyed feeding Donkeys. The garden was well maintained. Col was kind enough to show us his priced Monaros. That was an experience. The best relaxing experience we ever had. We will keep coming back to this place. Already recommended this place to friends and family.

AustraliaThe place was great, nothing we didn't like.
Looking for a place to stay last minute over the long weekend to escape the surburbs and found this beautiful B&B nestled in lush pastures. Which was perfect location as we found a beautiful winery near by and couple of walks about half an hour away. The host was lovely, called us beforehand to bring wet weather gear and provided us with a delicious afternoon tea on arrival.

AustraliaRobyn & Col made us feel like family from the moment we entered the beautiful property & home. You do not find such accommodating & lovely people like this very often anymore. Every single detail was accounted for & beautifully thought out. We were even given a complimentary ride in their beautiful Monaro to a wedding down the road! We had to leave early & we were given beautiful little breakfast hampers to take with us, we also accidentally left a pair of sunglasses that were posted back to us with no extra charge. It’s a home away from home & the hospitality & kindness of Robyn & Col is something that stays with you long after you leave. Above & beyond!

AustraliaIf they were more members then one bathroom is a little inconvenient but overall our stay was comfortable and relaxing.
Robyn and Colin were so welcoming and friendly. My son who’s 6 years old really got along with Robyn. Their hospitality was exceptional. And the views are spectacular. It was our first time in a BNB and I was very impressed on how well, clean and homely the property felt. Highly recommend
