No kitchen sink in the apartment but the set up in the kitchen managed this easily.

This little apartment was perfect for my son and I. The bed was firm and so comfy. It was tidy and tastefully decorated. Well stocked with the necessities as well as some complimentary food items and toiletries. Tracy was a delight to deal with. Easy check in and check out process. Pool and grounds were well maintained. Easy walk to the foreshore, shops and restaurants.

The mattress was a bit soft for our liking, and the room was smaller than I had expected & a little bit cluttered.

The room was equipped with everything we needed, the swimming pool is lovely & the balcony is nice with a good view of the pool. The owner is super helpful and friendly.

A bit tricky to find as on Google maps the complex is named Sunbreakers and there is no obvious check in service or instruction. Calling the mobile listed on booking.com was necessary. Once I spoke to the owner, all was explained and we were fine. There didn't appear to be any wifi service in the room or complex.

Room 51 was privately managed by Tracy who added nice little touches to make you feel more welcome and at home. Nice decor, complimentary snacks and bottled water, and spares of everything you might need. Off street parking behind gates. Easy walking distance to the foreshore, cinema, restaurants etc.

Tracy is a wonderful host. Everything you could want is provided from full size body wash and shampoo to welcoming treats! Clean and comfortable for a weekend stay.

The place is absolutely awesome, it had everything you needed. Complimentary treats were very inviting and a great start to my weekend. Bed and lounge setting is very comfortable and has a very cozy feeling to the place. Tracy has provided everything you need for a short or long stay, I highly recommend this place to anyone. Absolute 10/10 👍👍👍

Tracey thought of everything that needed as we only there one night but it had microwave kettle full fridge freezer height with even cold beer pint pots - all the toiletries you need along with towels and beach towels as well . the pool area was great to have to relax and quiet too . about a 15 min walk to the Mandurah marina

I really liked the ease of check -in and the restaurant within the complex was just wonderful, with lovely staff. The security of the the complex was great also. Tracey was lovely to deal with and the small touches within the room really made you feel welcome. The fresh milk in the fridge was just so awesome and the treats were very thoughtful. All in all a wonderful place to stay. Very clean and comfy.
