Bathroom and toilet facilities needed to be cleaned better.

The top floor needs aircon. Could not sleep at night with temps above 25C. Expected at least mugs and teaspoons in a bedroom with a kettle and fridge! Kitchen was not well equipped with crockery and cutlery.

Proximity to beach. Friendly service. Having kitchen facilities. Great beds. Pretty clean.

No air and apparently on the hot side of the building. Very humid whilst we were there so the fan was a god send. Wouldn’t stay if you need somewhere cool.

The manager had great banter and was lovely. The door codes were good and the self kitchen was good.

Everything was fine and pleasant except the manager was so unkind to me during messaging communications. Never in my life have I been so disrespected from a customer service experience. The manager was incredibly rude and derogatory as a woman. Calling me “missy” and saying to me “unfortunately you do not run this hotel” when I was simply asking about late check in times. The messages between myself and the manager are actually pretty disgusting and i usually would never leave a bad review about a property without speaking to the establishment, but I was made to feel so uncomfortable by the manager that it’s resorted to this. If you are a woman travelling solo then I really would avoid this place at all costs.

Bathroom needs cleaning better. Broken lock on shower so fixed it. Television didn’t work.

There didn't seem to be any standards for hygiene or cleanliness. Bathrooms were dirty, and there was no soap available for our entire stay. The kitchen was also quite un clean and it didn't seem that there was anyone tidying or cleaning these areas. Hardly any cutlery or utensils which made preparing meals difficult.

The beds were comfortable and the location was very central and close to the beach. Andrew the manager was super friendly and helpful with check in

I seen the owner knock on someone’s door to let them know they needed to be out by 10 the bad thing he used the code to enter and tell him to leave that made us leave a day earlier

Bathrooms in need of update repair and cleaning. We had room downstairs which was very noisy with people coming in all night up until 0400 am. The front door closes very noisily.

Pretty dirty, no one cleaned the shared bathroom for the whole time I was there... and it desperately needed it. Bed sheets had stains all over them.

Shower + bathroom not very clean, no bath carpet provide or change during the day. Was in a sort of renovation setup and for the money that I paid was not fair. I was expecting to get more than one towels for 3 nights stay.

Location is very good, close to the beach and not faraway from the Ferry Wharf.

Very friendly reception, very helpful. From outside it looked basic but once inside it had a hostel-feel. My room was enormous and had a sink, fridge and microwave. Queen size bed. Window to outside. It's not luxe, but it does the job. Safe, clean, shared toilet bathroom facilities which I wasn't looking forward to but were perfectly ok. I didn't realise the place had a kitchen and dining area downstairs so those wanting to self cater would be fine

No heating in July, until I asked for portable blow heater. Awful bath towels old threadbare and small. No frills at all. Linen very poor. Like a backpacker hostel. Beds very basic. Toilet didn’t flush properly, although shared with others too. Wifi didn’t work properly in upstairs bedroom.

Didn’t have any breakfast there. Location great.

Bathrooms could be cleaner. Kitchen is minimally equipped, with a hazardous gaz stove. Wifi connection was poor in our bedroom - had to be outside office or under router to have good wifi.

Very Comfortable bed. Quiet at night. Useful to have a fridge in bedroom. Manager was friendly. Very good location. Nice building with potential but in need of maintenance and a good clean up.
