The only thing to note is on booking.com the room we selected was listed as a Seaview room. We arrived and were handed the keys to a ground floor apartment, overlooking the carpark. In the far distance we saw a tiny little bit of the water. The photos and room description were misleading and reception didn’t seem to want to help look into it any further for us - it felt a bit like they were saying, bad luck, we are fully booked, this is all we have left. @management: It would be good to change the description in the listing and not show the penthouse apartment view for ground floor apartments to avoid disappointment 😉 For the price, we brushed it off and chose to enjoy our stay regardless of this, which we did.

We got an amazing deal for a two bedroom apartment for 3 nights at this property, our friends got their own two bedroom apartment - it worked out cheaper than an Airbnb and gave us more freedom to hang out together at the bbq/pool and also have some quiet time as a family. Overall, I’d say it is correctly priced for what you get and therefore we were happy with our stay. You can’t expect a 5 star hotel when you are paying an affordable rate ;) The location was perfect, free parking in the center of town was brilliant because you need to pay for street parking everywhere else. We enjoyed ourselves.

the king bed that was 2 king single mattresses pushed together which put a lump down the middle of the bed which made it uncomfortable and couldn't snuggle together

Location was great close to shops and restaurants. Loved the swimming pool and the jacuzzi.

Check in is not until 3pm. We still could not get our keys at 3pm. We have to wait until after 3 with little kids. Everything is the kitchen was dirty. We went to bake some veggies and the dishes were filthy. For the size of our group there wasn’t anything else available. The location is easy to walk into town

Bathrooms not so clean, pillows ripped and fluff just kept on falling out. I payed for a sofa bed aswell for a 5 person stay but didn't get that Just 2 beds put together

The pictures on booking.com showed the wrong room. The view was from the Penthouse room building A and we were in Penthouse room building B. It was misleading but that was booking.com fault. .

The beds were terrible. Not comfortable at all. It was a king size bed that had a massive joining lump in the middle of both beds and the mattresses were hard. The bathroom in the ensuite was dirty. Top half of the shower tiles grout was white. From the middle down the grout was yellow and hadn’t been cleaned properly.

oh the dear old gym facilities - yuck! So very old and tired. I felt like I was in a room that was a dirty little secret, or a shameful relative no one wants to invite to Christmas dinner. It's down a winding path, away from eyes, and oh so smelling of mould. Pretty gross and offputting.

Lovely staff who were very helpful, and Modern in-room amenities that were lovely and clean. Beds were nice and comfy, but I cheated and took my own pillow ;) Loved the bathrooms, however there was no proper ventilation so very foggy after a shower.
