Price was a bit high due to high season, it could be adjusted a bit for better value.

The unit was not clean and no adequate cleaning equipment was in the unit (vacuum barely worked and no dust pan and broom provided). We cleaned the unit as we have two small children who are on the floor a lot. It felt like the unit hadn’t been used for a while and it was super dusty. It was a great functional unit.

I booked the apartment for 4 adults and 3 kids for 2 nights . The funny thing is whenever we get back to the apartment after swimming or beach and had shower, after 5th person the hot water runs out and the left 2 persons had to shower with the cold water. And we have to wait good 4-5 hours for hot water again if we like to use it. That was the frustrating situation but other than that all good!

A good central location - easy to get to the shops and a short walk to a lovely beach. The apartment was spacious. Loved the open plan layout of the kitchen and living area. We appreciated having two bathrooms as well as two bedrooms. A good sized balcony that got the sun most of the day - although it didn’t have much of a view. The swimming pool is a good size, so I enjoyed an early morning swim before it got busy.

The room we got was very dirty. It looked as if it was not clean. There were earbuds on carpet. Crumps on sofa and hair in kitchen floor. But staff changed our room which was good.

Leaving keys in a dry space was not fun getting into the room and having to change into dry cloths There was no paperwork on how to use the phone could not find a remote for the tv in the main bedroom

Well, it was pouring with rain, and we got drenched getting the keys the drive to our spot was a bit scary as cars were coming out of either side and we did not know where we were going.

I think rooms need a bit of upgrade & nicer furniture to make it a 4 star hotel - I think it was only 3.5 star. Don’t like carpet prefer tiles as it is much cleaner.

The location was good - the heated pool was great- the staff were helpful & views from balcony were lovely.

We were a party of 3 and the bed on one of the rooms was very hard, which isn’t our preference, so for us we found it hard to sleep. You can hear everyone else coming and going and although that didn’t bother us too much it could have being an issue.

The pool area was lovely, with bbq and good sun beds, it’s in a good location, and provides everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped with cooker, dishwasher and a really good sized fridge freezer. Free parking and the location are good benefits also.

Great location. Short walk to Nelson bay marina, restaurants, cafes and supermarket. Perfect stay for families, convenient, comfortable and plenty of space.

Beds need an upgrade but overall good place to stay.

Awesome location & great pool. Cleaning staff were awesome. Extra parking without a problem. Lovely pool, great spa. Clean room and lots of room. Little outdoor area was great for the kids.

The apartment needed to be refurbished and in need of a good clean eg Cobwebs on the inside of the windows.

The quiet but convenient location and the size of the apartment. Under cover parking.

All was fantastic. But found the room number 44 was very noisy early morning from noise of car traffic. Will say again but book another room
