Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

AustraliaBathroom was pretty outdated and could use a good reno/clean up - stained silicone around edges of bathroom just made it look grotty even though it was obviously cleaned before our stay - I say obviously because the cleaners left their sponge on the benchtop! Shower only good if you're very short, or a child. Bath the same, tiny. Only other thing was there was only one spare blanket supplied and the sheets/doona already on the beds were quite thin. We got chilly during the night.
Apartment was a great size with large living area, good size bedroom and nice kitchen. Everything was clean. Nice bed linen. Bed in bedroom was comfy and sofa bed for our kiddie was the most comfortable sofa bed we've ever come across! Really nice thick mattress.

AustraliaMoldy smell in hallway, short of complementary tea and coffee when we arrived. Very limited crockery and cutlery. Room was small with only one comfortable chair. We wanted an umbrella because of bad weather but the Mantra didn't have one.
Comfortable beds. Clean room. Everything worked. Location is good, very close to Chatswood train station. Liked being able to open the door to the small balcony.

Close to the interchange, which made it easy to get around Sydney, and close to food and shopping. Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely clean, comfortable accommodation with the bonus of access to a pool and gym.
