There was a construction right next to the building across the street but it was not too loud to be honest.

The unit was spacious and facilities were great. We needed an indoor heated pool for our kids to swim and we got it with some good rest for us too.

On site food was expensive. The big outdoor pool isn’t that heated so wasn’t appealing for young children.

The apartment was Spacious, clean, well stocked for holiday makers. The complex had multiple pools and spas, and catered to all people and weather. This place was perfect for kids. The kiosk in the pool area and onsite Thai made getting food easy.

We had a fantastic stay, the apartment exceeded our expectations and the kids are already asking to go back. Facilities were fantastic, apartment was clean with everything we needed included. The communication with our host was amazing and it made our stay just that little bit more relaxing. I have already recommended to friends and we will return.

We had a perfect stay in this beautifully modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment on the 14th floor. It surpassed our expectations. Everything was spotlessly clean. The apartment was the perfect size. All appliances worked well. Individual Air-conditioning and fans in every room. TV'S in every room. 2 balconies. The main balcony was a great size with a perfect view. When it rained, we never got wet. Crown Towers as a complex was superb. Pool areas magnificent and open till 10pm everyday. The Host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Will be back again.

More airbnb style than resort (starter pack of shower gel, toilet tissue was provided). When making a reservation through booking.com, I assumed these would all be provided. Coffee table was dirty and couch could do with wash/stain removal. Otherwise place was all clean!!

The large living space was great!!! Made a big difference to our stay. The facilities at the resort is amazing for young kids. The cafe by the pool is great for morning coffees/breakfast. The living space is fresh and modern. The bathrooms are older, but as expected so not an issue for us.

The only issue for us was Netflix etc was not included and we needed to sign in with our own personal account. We stayed in lower budget hotels, resorts and air bnb accommodation where this is always included. I would expect this to be the standard with all bookings these days.

For families this hotel should be added to your list. The facilities at the hotel were fantastic for the kids as well as us parents. The pool facilities are the best I have experienced on the Gold Coast. The outdoor lagoon swimming pool was great for laps along with the real beach sand and a large outdoor spa. Besides this is a pirate ship with waterslide and a cafe for breakfast and coffees. The indoor pool is heated and protected from the rain and wind with an additional spa bath, fitness center, sauna and steam room. There is also a games/arcade center inside for hotel guests. Our room was HUGE with a very large lounge and dining area, kitchen, laundry, sitting area, two large bathrooms, bedrooms, walk in wardrobe and two balconies. Plenty of space for everyone. Parking was also easy to access and the lifts are extremely fast.

We have nothing we didn't like!

We loved the generous size of the clean apartment. It was comfortable to relax in and plenty of room for a family to have their own space and also spend time together. Great views of the beach and city. We enjoyed views of the ocean from the master bedroom while our children enjoyed the 'night light' from the city view from their room. The location was perfect, just a quick walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The pools are fantastic for families - something for everyone and for all different swimming ability levels. Not to mention multiple pools and spas heated so they could be enjoyed all day from early til very late and not too crowded due to the size and options available. Easy and fast contact for any booking enquiries and no issues getting the keys on arrival. We will definately be coming back.

Apartment was a private rental and not apart of the Mantra group, meaning reception wouldn't assist us in the event we required anything, including baggage storage on our day of departure so we were stuck with our luggage prior to our PM flight home which was inconvenient as we discovered this upon our arrival. Mattress was too firm for our liking.

Good 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment, fully self contained. Easy walk to just about everything. Supermarket, restaurants, etc and a tram stop just out the door. Common areas, pool gym etc were all good. Host was helpful with a late check out and excess garbage bags. Apartment was clean and well set up with a good kitchen, dining and lounge area + balcony. Main bedroom has ocean views, the other looks towards Surfers Paradise.

Beds were uncomfortable.

Excellent location. Mary was easy to deal with and check in couldn't go smoother. Property is large and easily accommodated a family with room to spread out. Pool was fantastic.

Had everything we needed and more. Spacious, great facilities for the children with waterslide, secret cave, spas, games room and pool kiosk with hot food. Parking included. Clean, modern furniture, huge windows for the view. Friendly good communication for check in and out. Quiet building considering it’s in the middle of Surfers Paradise.
