Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaThe internet connection was terrible. That was all and that’s not so bad when you are on a vacation and you want to disconnect.
My kids loved the pool! The apartment was spacious and clean. The restaurant’s and cafes close by and the esplanade was a 3min drive or a 15-30 min walk depending how far you want to go.

AustraliaThe room was spacious and clean with an exceptional view of the marina, Restaurants and club within easy walking distances, the location was perfect and quiet, far away from the Hussle and Bustle of the opposite end of town , Major shopping Centre just a few minuets drive up the road . We will definitely be back .

AustraliaIt would have been nice to have air conditioning in the bedroom. The main air conditioner didn't really cool the main bedroom. The carpets were wet and the room had a musty smell when we entered. We called reception to report this (so we didn't get charged for wetting the floors) and the maintenance guy came up and told us the carpets had been cleaned a few days earlier and that they mustn't have left the doors and windows open to let them dry.
Room view was awesome, right over the pool and marina.

AustraliaThe air conditioner did not work and fan in bedroom kept tripping out. Bathroom was in need of a good scrub. Not overly dirty but just needed a really thorough clean. Staff did open up the adjoining room for us for the air con to come out of that room on the 2nd day.

AustraliaOur apartment needed a good clean. Dirty looking sofa, put over a spare blanket to cover it, then found old food on that blanket. Washed blanket ourselves. Then found lipstick on cushion. Glass sliding shower curtain wouldn’t move, had to rejig it’s wheels back on to track, then ok.
Great location. Staff were awesome. Secure parking. Good wifi. Great washing machine and dryer too. Our apartment had a wonderful view right over the marina. Reasonably close for a nice beachfront walk to cafes on the esplanade.
