Kitchen facilities were very poor struggled to be able to cook with what equipment that was available.

The place was quite tired and outdated. There were no enough bowls. The beds were very hard. There was a light right outside our bedroom window that was on all night and the curtains did not block it out. There were large warnings about steam from the shower setting off the fire alarms but no fan in the shower! The couch was malodorous. The kitchen tap was very loose and spinning around (it was fixed as soon as we alerted reception). The fan in the bedroom did not work when we checked in as the batteries were dead (again this was fixed as soon as we raised it as an problem). The pool was quite small and the spa was cold.

The place was very clean and had a lovely view over the Marina. There are cafes within walking distance. The staff were very helpful and responsive.

The cooking hotplates were very small . If cooking had to make sure range hood was on as smoke detectors would go off. Bathroom had to make sure door to passage was closed after shower , no fan in there, as smoke detector could go off.

The room was so big, with large bedroom and bathroom. The view was lovely looking over the pier. Great location able to go for walks to small shops and places to eat.

Maybe a small microwave in the room for reheating if needed. Noise from restaurant downstairs was loud at times.

Same as our previous stay/room (1bed spa apartment), the 1 air conditioners in the lounge doesn’t cool the bedroom without it being on really cool setting & high fan in the lounge area. Also I booked the 1 bedroom as it showed a picture of a walk in shower, however we had shower over bath. As I have significant spinal issues it was very difficult to get in & out of the shower.

The internet connection was terrible. That was all and that’s not so bad when you are on a vacation and you want to disconnect.

My kids loved the pool! The apartment was spacious and clean. The restaurant’s and cafes close by and the esplanade was a 3min drive or a 15-30 min walk depending how far you want to go.

The room was spacious and clean with an exceptional view of the marina, Restaurants and club within easy walking distances, the location was perfect and quiet, far away from the Hussle and Bustle of the opposite end of town , Major shopping Centre just a few minuets drive up the road . We will definitely be back .

It would have been nice to have air conditioning in the bedroom. The main air conditioner didn't really cool the main bedroom. The carpets were wet and the room had a musty smell when we entered. We called reception to report this (so we didn't get charged for wetting the floors) and the maintenance guy came up and told us the carpets had been cleaned a few days earlier and that they mustn't have left the doors and windows open to let them dry.

Room view was awesome, right over the pool and marina.
