Rooms are separated from reception in blocks. After finding my room, the programmed keys didn't work. It was 9:45pm n I told come back to reception...I requested they come n open my door. Their staff were not happy too n made that known.

Rooms are well appointed, and I asked and got a view of the ocean. Comfortable

As my room did not have an allocated car park, where I was sent to park was full so I had to come back to the entrance and park in any available park - there was an event on in Lorne and I would say the hotel was near capacity so maybe the check in staff should have had an alternate option or let me know there would be no car parks near my room. I was given a map for what building my room was in but inside the building there was no signage as to what floor my room was actually on. I had to check each floor.

It is in a great location and the room was quiet. Good shower and amenities.

A bit old property and can’t see anything around our apartment it was covered with big trees.

Breakfast was very good. Lot of variety food and staff was excellent.

Rickety elevator and very small. Slightly claustrophobic feeling each time we used it. No salt in the apartment which would have been handy when eating.

Fabulous resort. Great location. Overlooking the beach. Close to fantastic walking tracks and beaches! Lovely apartment!

Arrived to book in . Told the room was not ready. Staff said it will only be a few minutes. Waited patiently for 40 minutes until I went and asked again, (as I needed the room to change for a wedding I was attending) the staff member had forgotten about me .

Reception staff were not very helpful when we booked in, to be fair, there seemed to be a lot of people there for a conference. Our room did not have an allocated car park, we had to take "pot luck" with one of the un-numbered spots that were in a different part of the resort - we are "seniors" and when I queried getting our luggage etc to the room, I was told that the car parks were not very far away and we wouldn't have any issues. We ended up leaving most of our luggage in the car as the remaining parking space available was too far to carry our bags. It was disappointing as there seemed to be quite a few unclaimed allocated parking spots right under our unit.

Great location. Very comfortable bed. Excellent bathroom facilities. Bright airy room with a funny little "balcony".

The cold water was warm and it seemed the lines were linked in the basin. The shower leaked and so the whole bathroom flooded. The heat pump didn’t work effectively and the interior had patches that were clearly not painted

My friend's and I would've liked to have a night cap in the hotel bar after our dinner but the bar was already closed when we enquired about it at 9 20 pm!!

Room was clean and of adequate size for one person. The bed was a decent size and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was very good. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating.

the towels are too thin, and you need more in the apartments. also there is no walking path along the car park heading to Foodworks.

we loved how close it was to town and the beach and the great ocean road.

The lighting in the lounge room could do with a few more options. The windows in the bedroom looks onto the corridor... so limited natural light if you want privacy

Great location in the heart of Lorne and a short walk to the beach. The room view was lovely... even in grey weather. Good sized balcony and surprisingly comfortable sofa bed

We paid extra for an ocean view and the view we got was very limited to what ocean we could actually see. I've stayed in other smaller hotels where the ocean view was free and was much better.

Location was great and rooms were very comfortable and the facilities were excellent. In room facilities exceeded my expectation such as the large selection of teas available.
