We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaAs my room did not have an allocated car park, where I was sent to park was full so I had to come back to the entrance and park in any available park - there was an event on in Lorne and I would say the hotel was near capacity so maybe the check in staff should have had an alternate option or let me know there would be no car parks near my room. I was given a map for what building my room was in but inside the building there was no signage as to what floor my room was actually on. I had to check each floor.
It is in a great location and the room was quiet. Good shower and amenities.

AustraliaReception staff were not very helpful when we booked in, to be fair, there seemed to be a lot of people there for a conference. Our room did not have an allocated car park, we had to take "pot luck" with one of the un-numbered spots that were in a different part of the resort - we are "seniors" and when I queried getting our luggage etc to the room, I was told that the car parks were not very far away and we wouldn't have any issues. We ended up leaving most of our luggage in the car as the remaining parking space available was too far to carry our bags. It was disappointing as there seemed to be quite a few unclaimed allocated parking spots right under our unit.

Room was clean and of adequate size for one person. The bed was a decent size and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was very good. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating.

United KingdomWe paid extra for an ocean view and the view we got was very limited to what ocean we could actually see. I've stayed in other smaller hotels where the ocean view was free and was much better.
