We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaIt was very noisy at night. The hair dryer nozzle was broken. The front door jams and has to be slammed to close which was very noisy and you had to be conscious of that when coming and going . There was no free Wifi which is unheard of these days. No Netflix or Stan and the TV was mounted very low which meant we had to slouch down to watch it . Only 2 drinking glasses for 4 people, no bottle opener .

Australiano wi-fi and receptionist gave us separate key passes for facilities, entry and room. Should be one pass for all. Approached a reception to call a cab for flight home, she dialled the cab number and passed the head piece over. We had to select numbers to get through which we couldn’t reach. Why couldn’t she have done this for us??

We had a lovely stay in the Sunny Coast. Apartment was perfect for us as a family of 4 especially with 2 bathrooms. Although a little dated we enjoyed our stay. Beds comfortable had everything we needed. Only a few steps away from the beach. Staff more than accomodating in spite of renovations.

Amazing room with fantastic views yet quiet and very clean. Modern furnishings and appliances, lovely balcony, comfortable bed and so close to the beach and various shops. The pool is a winner with it being at the front of the property, so that you look at the beach as you swim!

The location couldn't be any better - literally across the road from the beach. Amazing view!! The apartment was spacious and the bed comfy. Restaurants and convenience store downstairs. Everything we needed was so handy!!

AustraliaWe’ve been staying here for over 10 years now and the property is really getting dated with the price tag you pay for accomodation. Unit was late being ready, the bedding configuration was wrong even after someone rang to confirm this 2 days before, the veranda was dirty, when got to the unit there was no toilet paper, had to ask for a hair dryer. Oh and someone has written the word BINGO on the bathroom glass but your cleaners wouldn’t be able to see it until the room is steamed up having a shower. Our second room we had booked was over an hour late being ready but this room must be privately owned just the simple changes they have made it is a lot fresher. Not saying I hated it we love coming to sirocco it is the place we come every year it’s our happy place but the ‘standard’ rooms really need some love.
Location/view is the very best. The pool always perfect. The girl at reception was lovely. She was running flat out but still managed to greet everyone with a smile.

AustraliaCleanliness poor - I had to clean toilet upon arrival. Noticeable dust in bedroom. Poor condition of lounge furniture - old and in need of replacement. Silicone in Shower 2 in desperate need of replacement in an apartment costing $700 per night. Need to remove the owner’s excess furniture eg bookcase in bedroom 2 and desk in bedroom 1. They make to rooms crowded, reduce accessibility, limit view in bedroom 1 and again are not in keeping with an apartment of this price. Owner’s storage cabinet in car park for unit 305 makes the park too small.
Excellent location. Spacious for a couple but not for more than 2 people mainly due to unattractive, excess furniture belonging to owner
