Pure luxury! in a perfect location, offering walking distance to local attractions. Conveniently located next to Woolworths and a bottle-shop. Rooms are exceptionally clean with everything provided. Fresh delicious bread delivered daily and a lovely host ensured a pleasant stay.

The only thing (which you have no control over!) is having no outlook from the windows or outdoor space.

The finishes in the room (such as the antique furniture and high quality china, appliances and bathroom fittings) made for a luxurious experience. The breakfast was great and the short walk to the main street very convenient.

Excellent location, quiet whilst still close to all the great cafes and shops of Margret River ..... Our room the Napoleon was straight out of a movie set the attention to detail was amazing, the regal king poster bed was super comfy, lots of cushions, chandeliers and golden touches galore! Fresh bread and local honey was an added treat at breakfast. We loved our stay at Josephine's, everything was perfect!

We liked everything. A friendly welcome. Complementary chocolate and port in a lovely library style seating area . Gatsby themed suite with high end appliances. Large bed and marble bathroom with good toiletries . In room continental breakfast provided daily. The accommodation is near the River for river walks, the historic settlement village and the centre of town for shops bars and restaurants.

Quirky but beautifully decorated and equipped guest house, great attention to detail, we were in the Victorian room, loved the hunting scene and the sleigh bed was extremely comfortable. All fittings in kitchenette and bathroom were of the highest standard. Light breakfast provided each day and chocolates to munch on. Good location within walking distance of restaurants, cafes etc. All in all a lovely place to stay.

I loved the brilliantly decorated rooms & the small quality of life additions that are included with your stay! Our room included a heat lamp in the bathroom, as well as a pre-stocked fridge with juice & milk and daily fresh bread deliveries, whereas the common area had free fruit, chocolates & drink. Cheryl was a lovely host, and was eager to help us out in whatever way she could :) The location is perfect, as the property is within walking distance of lots of great restaurants, and within a short driving distance of most of Margaret River's activities.

From the time we arrived, Cheryl couldn't have been more helpful, from finding us a 1/2 day wine tour at short notice, to making recommendations as to where to visit and nearby restaurants. The room was very comfortable and certainly met our needs.

Yet another great stay at this fabulous establishment. You can't go wrong when booking here. It is the perfect location for a small boutique luxury accommodation place. And when I say luxury, I mean luxury. Josephine's is a go-to for us when visiting Margret River. There is plenty to choose from, but we love this place's amenities and friendliness. Daily fresh bread, homemade muesli, juice and milk you really don't need much more. Every room has a great theme, but our favorite remains the Gatsby suite. The staff will go out of their way to make your stay an enjoyable one and thank you Cheryl and the team for doing so as we are looking forward in our next visit this Easter !

We loved everything.

Discretely located in a very central area, Josephine's offers an elegant and comfortable experience.. Our suite, although compact, was beautifully appointed with good storage room (often a problem in other places we stayed). We appreciated the daily fresh bread delivered to our door, together with all other provisions for a good, in-room continental breakfast. There is a lovely guest sitting room, with fresh fruit and port for sampling. A lot of care and attention to detail has gone into creating an authentic feel to the themed suites.
