Lisa and Kieran were so welcoming. The property was full of character, very clean and extremely well run with attention to detail. Afternoon cake was provided every day and there was a decanter if Port in the lounge area for guests to help themselves to.

Lisa and Kieran were wonderful hosts and have fantastic accommodation. The best we have stayed in. Kieran’s breakfast was amazing and the options were great. His muesli is outstanding. Home from home it was such a fabulous stay. Highly recommend.

Kieren spoilt us each day with a beautifully cooked breakfast to start our day of exploring Margaret River. In addition, we had a wide range of breakfast food including yoghurt and fresh fruits, fresh bread, home-made muesli, coffee/tea and fruit juices. Lisa made sure we felt at home at her guest house and had plenty of local knowledge of the best places to visit and eat. Thanks for making our stay so special, Lisa and Kieran!

We loved it, Lisa and kieran are amazing hosts and made sure we felt comfortable. Can't get over kierans scrambled eggs with truffle. Delicious. Room was perfect, breakfast was perfect, hospitality and reception was perfect. located a stones throw away from the shops and tavern 👌🏽👌🏽 we really couldn't have asked for anything more. Well done Lisa and Kieran 5 stars from us and we look forward to our next visit.

Breakfasts were fabulous, with plenty of choice from the continental buffet with a different cooked breakfast available each day. Cake in the afternoon was very welcome as was the log fire in the cool, spring evenings. Location is perfect for shopping in the town, well within walking distance.
