The place was very nice and could only be improved by larger coffee mugs (See how picky this is, I purchased my own and left it there for next time). A television in the master bedroom would have been great. My kids took control of the one tv provided. Perhaps more than one towel each would have been helpful as we stayed for two and a half weeks. Nothing negative to report.

The location was perfect. A short drive to the CBD and far enough away to feel sheltered. Darwin CBD can be a little scary at times, however the location of the townhouse is in a lovely estate.

The stairs, I got a good work out going up and down.

Quiet location. Beautiful views out to the water. We seen fish coming up close to the edge of the water. Great spa/pool with extra pool towels. Drive in lockable garage with entry to the house was so handy. Plenty of air conditioners to keep us cool on hot days. The beds where really comfortable. Good quality mattresses. Plenty of everyday items eg: washing power to do washing, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher tablets, household goods to meet our needs. Cold water in the fridge upon arrival.

Towels, were only given one towel per person and they were very small and thin, we stayed 9 nights so had to wash them every day.

Magnificent layout, clean, everything supplied in the property so we didn’t have to buy much other than food, no outside noise heard, maintaining the coolness in the property was simple for us to do, lock up garage to securely park our rental car, the most amazing sunsets to be seen from either level of the home! Beautifully presented on such short notice to us, we had a very enjoyable time here.

Be careful and very aware of cancellation policy, especially COVID policy. Thankfully we were able to come at the last minute due to COVID lockdown lifting but potentially could have lost the entire amount of the accommodation cost, even though government restrictions were the issue preventing us from coming.

Fabulous house, well equipped in a great location. Slept 7 people comfortably. Close to everything with a beautiful view, especially of sunset over the marina.
