This place is nothing like I have had experience before. Jeff and Rebecca are the best hosts we have come across so far and are really the kindest and most wonderful human beings. The way we were welcomed made the experience even more special. This place certainly exceeded my expectations. Mostly with the complimentary basket of butter, jam, Vegemite, honey and loaf of sourdough bread, not mentioning the local fresh milk and coffee, that was definitely a special touch like no other. My family and I can't wait to go back. We are definitely planning to book again very soon. We absolutely loved everything ❤️ and the kids love the fact that Jeff gave them the opportunity to feed the horses. This place has totally won our hearts 💕

Everything was absolutely perfect; The facilities, the cleanliness, the comfort, the grounds and the attention to detail. A bonus was the artistic talent of the host and his beautiful artwork in the rooms. Particularly the portrait of his daughter in our room.

Absolutely nothing.

This establishment ticks all the boxes for a relaxed holiday in the little riverside town of Marlo. Our stay was too short - we wished we’d organised at least a few more nights. I particularly appreciated the pool for a quick dip late in the afternoon having been driving for most of the day. As many have said before me, the hosts are genuinely friendly and welcoming and work hard to ensure their guests enjoy every moment.

Loved everything

Bec and Jeff are the most caring and friendliest hosts we've had the pleasure to meet. Their 'Marlo Hideaway'units are roomy, clean and well-appointed with ample storage and hanging space. Jeff's artwork decorates each unit. A full kitchen and extra treats are provided in each unit. A great laundry is provided to guests, free of charge. The five units are surrounded by treed grounds, including a pool, outdoor seating, and a guest kitchen and BBQ. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Bec and Jeff.

The Marlo Hideaway was such a find 😊 staying as a family of four, it was immaculately clean, great facilities both in the suite & general site - we extended our stay it was so good! Great location & and 4 minute walk to a great local pub - could go for walks & bike rides. Hosts were so helpful - will definitely coming back to Marlo :)

It was very clean and had everything we needed. The kids really enjoyed a swim in the pool.

Bec and Jeff were really accommodating and their property really has everything for a great family stay. We used the amazing, spotless outdoor chicken and had lots of fun learning a new card game from Jeff. Overall highly recommended!

There was nothing not to like. Everything was excellent. Seriously.

The Marlo Hideaway tiny house is absolutely stunning. So private, with a sensational view of trees and fields outside the windows. This place has everything. Extremely luxurious towels in the perfectly appointed bathroom. Kitchen things like cling wrap, foil, oil, S and P, as well as fresh ciabatta and butter with spreads. The bed was very comfy and easy to get in and out of even though its higher than a normal bed. The stunning artworks created by the owner. The lovely private outdoor deck and BBQ. But able all, the outdoor bath was the star for me. Perfectly clean with lovely hot water. No better place to sit and watch the birds frolic as the sun sets, with a glass of wine. I thought I was in heaven. Now add in a vege garden you can help yourself to and a pool with gorgeous daybeds. I wish I stayed for a week.

We stayed in the cutest cabin, so tastefully decorated and well appointed. The view of the green paddocks, from the bed through the large picture windows was amazing. While the cabin was compact, the design/layout meant everything was at our fingertips. And while the cabin was compact...the shower was spacious...always a win.
