The bed was small with a very thin mattress. A nearby room of the same category (also Superior Double) that a friend was staying in had a king bed with a decent mattress.

Excellent property with all the facilities, great friendly and helpful staff and very clean. Had a wonderful view of water and building lights from balcony and room. Beautiful aroma in lobby. Good parking. Everything was easy about our stay so we could enjoy ourselves.

Bathroom was dirty, doors were dirty at handles and along edges. Bath was very dirty. During covid all handled surfaces should be cleaned between each guest.

That there was an incident where I was injured in the spa and when I reported it I was told there had been a similar incident two weeks before but they were told by the pool company they could not do anything to rectify it. I asked for the pool company name and provided photos to show the injury and how dangerous it was not to have a barrier over the skimmer box. From my email I had no response so sent another email to ask again for the pool company name and was advised they had the pool/spa contractors attend who have been unable to provide a solution. The outdoor spa has been closed since this incident occurred. We have now contracted a fabricator to make an insert to put a barrier between the skimmer box intake and anyone who may lean against it. However I found it very disappointing that the management did not provide any follow up or even ask how I was after the injury.

We were on the 10th floor. It was very hot up there and no air conditioning in the bedroom. A fan was provided but didn’t quite help cool the room down.

Great location to beach and walking tracks. Easy flat walk to Broadbeach. Room was spacious with a large balcony. There are quite a few residents living in other apartments, we found them to be friendly polite and happy to share local tips. Great kitchen and laundry facilities in room

I always check the properties thorougly before to select where to go. This one had the following in the ad and not in reality: - A bathtub in the unit (there were two, wery-well mainteined, but showers). - The indoors pool and sauna were closed (even though there was nothing about it in the ad; and this was the main reason we decided to stay there). - The rooftop BBQ was also closed (same, no word on it in the ad). I am not going to lie, the place is great when fully operational and we enjoyed our stay. But it was because of great weather without any rain or strong wind. If the weather conditions were worse, our stay would be ruined. The only thing you needed to do was to honestly notify your guests about current facility conditions.
