TV remote not working, and when contacted Management they said there was nobody on-site to fix. The Air-conditioning only cools the Lounge & Kitchen area, not the bedroom, very un-comfortable nights sleep.

Cracked and loose floor tiles in kitchen and bathroom. Constant smell of urine in bathroom. Old, loose and unclean carpet. Broken window latches. Blood stains on double bed duvet. Toilet was very hard to flush. 1 like a firm bed but the double bed was so hard we spent 10 restless nights.

The only thing lacking was a bit of atmosphere at the pool, however there’s a lot of permanent residents so it’s understandable that they would want peace and quiet. If you’re after a beautiful quiet place to stay then this is it!

Great pools for the kids and close to the beach

Tired. Property entrance and hallways had a stale smell. Needs an upgrade. Didn’t see the pool but the access to it was a rabbit warren which was unappealing. Apartment is a little tired with an average/amateur paint job and dated finishes. The bed was comfortable and sheets/towels were fresh and nice. The bed was on castors on a floating timber floor so obviously sitting up in bed pushed the bed away from the wall into the room.

The size of the bed was a real let down. It wasn't that comfortable either. It was what it stated for the room as a large double but we would have enjoyed a larger sized bed; this was about the only disappointing thing about the space. A pity they couldn't put in a queen size at least; this would have made it a lot better. I would not go for a double or even their large double bed again when staying somewhere. The hours of reception availability was limited. We were looking forward to a warm welcome but staff had left the counter when we arrived in regular hours. We had also requested months beforehand when we booked, for a room that showed even a glimpse of the water (just as the photos of this room showed on the website) and they said they would try and accomodate but we did not get this which was disappointing considering the many months in advance we had booked. ahead.

The location was good and handy to many things; we had a car anyway. Adequate facilities in the room. The organic cafe on Level 1 was very good to have; right next to the pool.

Really well located - stroll to beach and many eating options. Very close to tram stop if you’d prefer not to walk. Property was beautifully maintained and our apartment was comfortable and quiet. Lovely brunch at the poolside cafe.

I didn’t like the smell coming from the hallway I didn’t like how every time you bring a guest over you would get a call straight away and question you why there coming over. Overall wouldn’t recommend for that type of money, will not be coming back.

SUPERBLY fitted one bedroom apartment with excellent balcony, furnishings, gardens and pool. Cannot rate this place high enough. The staff are LOVELY and SOOOO accommodating. Nice and central without the noise and madness of Cavill Ave.

Our apartment was not very clean at all. We noticed straight away that the floors were very sandy which made it very annoying walking in bare feet. My daughter found someone else’s hair in her bed and in the duvet. That is just not good enough!!!! The room was supplied with one single use sachet for each of the dishwasher, washing machine, and dishes. Considering that we stayed three nights, I would expect to not have to go and buy our own washing products. Not good enough Marrakesh!!!

Marrakesh was situated in a good location, nice and handy to public transport and the beach. The kids loved the pool facilities. Staff were very friendly and helpful with all our requests.

A lot of the facilities was closed off , like the roof pool and bbq area , plus the heated pool downstairs was closed off for renovation so it was very disappointing plus the beds where rock hard , mattresses need to be up dated 😟

For paying over $400 for the room for the night to be told I have to pay $1 for toilet roll is disgusting. Unit was old and dated. Saggy sofa I would never sit on. Cracked tiles in bathroom. Absolute rubbish

hotel smelt like pee, no lock on my door (not even a bolt) … had to push door shut with chair, there were pubes in the sink, they have the audacity to charge $1 per roll of toilet paper & $5 for a towel
