If there was a downside, it was only the stairs from ground to my room. Not a big deal, but I had to be careful as I have arthritis. It just meant a few more trips back and forth to the car.

Plenty of options for breakfast - very well stocked. The space was compact, but comfortable. The bed was very comfortable.

Some people would have wanted assistance with there luggage and a bit of a welcome. But i was fine without it. Cooking my own brekkiewas fine but i needed to ask for help and the lighter did not work so i left it due to running out of time. Other than that a few cobwebs on the ceiling but a cozy country feel and necessary warmth was provided in cooler climate.

I loved the set up and quiet quaint environment which is what I needed to getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. The host did not interface which is fine by me but those that need a face to face wont get it here. Quiet peace and serenity in a cottage vibe.

A minor detail but a sink in the kitchen area would be helpful (there was a small basin in the bathroom area)but we appreciated your collection and washing of dirty dishes each day.

Generous breakfast provisions in the fridge to allow us to have a leisurely breakfast. Beautifully furnished with quality furniture and linen. Excellent communication with Paula prior to and at the time of our stay. Over the mobile she guided us through the mountain roads after we were twice blocked in our attempts to reach our accommodation. Trees had come down across the roads in the storm. She called us again en route to warn us not to follow the GPS which would have taken the shortest but, on this particular day, the most dangerous route. Without your help Paula we might still be driving aimlessly around the mountain! Thank you so much! Self check in and check out very convenient. Highly recommend Mary Cards!

Parking was a bit awkward for larger utes. We were also unsure of the condition the room was to be left in - a note in the guest book might be helpful.

The location was beautiful and lovely scenery from the room. The furnishings were very comfortable and tastefully chosen. We also loved sitting out on the balcony among the trees and birds.

Comfy cosy bed and atmosphere, Paula provided generous breakfast for our stay which was greatly appreciated. We had a rabbit come and visit and we enjoyed the garden and our view. Convenient location. Walking distance to dining venues as well as short drive say minutes to places of interest.
