There was some construction nearby that was noisy early in the morning, but not the fault of the accommodation.

The location near the Fitzroy gardens whilst still being central to Melbourne CBD, the space in the property and facilities i.e. washing machine, the free onsite parking.

It wasn't a problem for us but be aware that reception is not manned on the weekend.

The unit was well appointed and very clean. The bedroom is separate to the living/dinning/kitchenette. The Unit has hydronic heating so it is very comfortable on the cool evening. It is located across from the Fitzroy Gardens and it is only 500 metres to the Epworth Freemason Hospital. The tram stop only a few minutes walk away so it is an easy ride into the city . There is also a small IGA supermarket within walking distance. There is secure car parking on site with plenty of space to manoeuvre a car.

Extremely quiet until construction workers on apartments outside our bedrooms began work in the early hours. We should have been given a discount for that.

Great location, very comfy, good beds and pillows, and extremely quiet until the early hours.

Quiet, clean, conveniently located in a beautiful green pocket - almost in the heart of the city.

I was extremely happy with the apartment overall and would have liked only one thing which was particular to my needs on this stay, and that is, it would have been nice to have a handheld wand-type shower head connected in the shower recess. The existing wall mounted shower head was fine - and would have in most situations sufficed but, on this trip, after my return from hospital, it would have made showering more easy.

The property is located just across from Fitzroy Gardens in a pocket of the city that is surprisingly quiet, yet very central. The property itself includes conference rooms and a museum dedicated to Australia's first Catholic Saint - Mary MacKillop. The 2 bedroom apartment we had was spacious and would suit a family of four (one queen and two single beds). There was a reasonably spacious and functional kitchen and a well laid out dining and lounge area. The spacious bathroom includes a tidily presented laundry (tub + washing machine and dryer) and toilet and shower. ample benchspace around the handbasin (handy from spreading out your cosmetics, toothbrushes and hairdryer). This is a very conveniently located site, quiet, well-equipped and very close to both St Vincents, the Eye and Ear, and Freemason's hospitals.

Our TV was small and slow to react to the remote. Nothing else

A great location for our purposes- footy at the MCG. There was a very relaxed feel about the place with easy access to parts of the historical building. It felt more like a country accommodation than right in Melbourne. Free parking was great and the receptionist was very relaxed and helpful.

A great spot to stay with kids. It’s around the same price as a hotel but you get a whole apartment so the little ones can run around. Parking is included and the location is great with the gardens across the rd. Friendly staff
