Great property, worth noting the space is within the main house and separated from hosts by a sliding door at the lounge room. By no fault of the hosts, the neighbours are a metre away so you hear their movements and playing music etc (for any guests who are noise sensitive). Kitchenette has microwave and kettle but no stovetop

Stylish, sparkling clean space, very comfy bed, hosts were lovely and knowledgeable. We enjoyed scrabble and yummy treats. Trentham is a quaint town a short drive from Daylesford and Kyneton areas

Entry road unadopted, gravelled. Sign for property name not obvious enough, entailed driving back and forth along the lane.

While the bathroom was all ours and readily accessible, it was somewhat disconcerting having to access it across a 'shared' space. Although we were never inconvenienced with the shared space being used in the evening or morning.

The variety of choices for breakfast was surprising and very enjoyable.

Great hosts, very accommodating, gracious and loved meeting the cats. Was very happy to share their home, one of the most comfortable beds ever - like sleeping on clouds. Very easy walk into main street 15minutes at a easy pace.

I was searching for a cosy and luxurious venue where I could just chill and relax. This self contained, spotless and private unit is perfect for a complete reset from a busy work life. The location is peaceful, and set near an abundant veggie garden. You can sit on the deck beside some beautiful hydrangeas, which can also be admired from inside the unit's cosy sitting room. The compact but very effective kitchenette is stocked with a variety of yummy goodies, including homemade stewed apricots and rhubarb. The bedroom has a large, comfy queen size bed with bedside lamps and premium bed linen. Plenty of reading material is provided, including guidebooks and autobiograpies of notable Trentham identities. Finally, the hosts, Sylvia and Michael, were kind, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Thank you, Michael and Sylvia; I could not ask for more. I will be back!

Breakfast was great (English Breakfast supplied). Loved that we were self-contained with our own entrance. Michael & Sylvia were excellent hosts, could not have been more professional, friendly and helpful. We were in Trentham for our son’s wedding so needed extra help with preparation and Sylvia couldn’t have been more helpful. They were definitely very understanding of our need to ‘scrub up well’ lol. Will definitely stay again.

The suite where we stayed was very comfortable and tasteful decorated. Our hosts, Sylvia & Michael were very welcoming and a lovely couple who were very helpful with places to go. The breakfast they provided was very good and plentiful with home made jams and stewed fruits, cereal, yogurt and sour dough bread. Overall a great weekend.

We think everything was just perfect. There was nothing that we didn't like.

Both of them were so warm to us and very friendly. They were so kind and also let us take home some home-made jam. The breakfast was just perfect. The warm hospitality of the people and the friendliness, it felt like home. It was a perfect place for us to stay where it felt safe and comfortable. We would definitely come back and stay with them. They both are the best and kind-hearted, just the people the world needs right now. We would like to thank them for everything. Thank you for being an amazing hosts.

The hosts, Michael and Sylvia, were charming and most welcoming. The bed was really comfortable, and we had a nice selection for our continental breakfast, including homemade stewed fruit, jams etc, and our own little kitchen area to use. Private entrance and off street parking was handy also. Would certainly stay again.
