The TV was bolted to the wall and not in reach of a power point, so unable to turn TV on. Unable to access WIFI and there was no towel available, only a bathmat and hand towel.

The room was spacious with great kitchen facilities. The bed was large, comfortable and clean. The parking was easy.

Musty smell in lobby, property is in very tired condition. The bathroom wasn't clean, found a lot of hair on the floor and the shower was discoloured with an old stained rubber mat - nothing thongs in the shower couldn't fix. Walls are quite thin, heard the neighbours in the adjoining room coming home at 1am loudly and conversation in their room.

Friendly staff was happy to answer our question, pretty good location to tram/train lines. Bed was comfortable and room was larger than expected. For the price you pay for what you get. It did the job

Bath needs repairs. Painted tiles could be repainted. Could the concrete between fridge and cupboard be covered. We were willing to do our dishes but no sponge or tea towel The entry to whole complex confusing. Different signs and different key pads and not marked to say which key pad belonged to which company.

The shower took forever to get the right temperature and the general fitting and fixtures are getting very tired.

Aircon wasn't working so we were cold on the first night. A blanket was provided which we had to collect despite it being said it would be delivered forour second night. There was no kettle provided although sachets of tea and coffee were in the kitchenette

Location is excellent for our needs. Transport and facilities in Kew are excellent. We would only stay again because of the proximity to family.

Everything was falling apart. No staff around to address concerns, needs. No clean towels, no extra toilet paper. It was creepy that there was nobody anywhere.

Except room itself, none of the facilities available (no breakfast, reception counter, housekeeping, laundry, gym room, swimming, etc). Still using room keys system, trying few keys to get it unlock. Seen comment before no water supply, it happened to me on the first day (staying for 6 days). Some renovation on going for few rooms on the day time.

It is just 2 mins away from tram no. 109 and 48. Bus station is nearby too. It takes about 20-30min. to Melbourne city (CBD), not heavy traffic over there. I chose it because it is 20min. away from Swinburne Uni, near to my daily destination. Two rows of shops with cafe, restaurant (Penang food), laundry shop with dryer, My Chemists (toiletries and beauty items), Woolworth and Leo's Market 3 mins. walk for groceries. A spcious studion room with basic kitchenete. The only staff is friendly and nice.

The bathroom isn't good.. It's a shower in the bath and the shower head has extreme pressure and it's like showering with a pressure washer. The bathrooms need to be re done and I would suggest ditching the bathtub and making it a big walk in shower.

Nice rooms and loved the set up of living, dining, study and bedroom all in one. It's great to have a kitchenette in a room and I appreciated the appliances (although I don't think the stove worked). The receptionist was a nice guy and made it easy to check in and out.

I had to change rooms after one night because of a water leak from the ceiling which happened as soon as I tried to have a shower. The other room had No window lock and had not been fixed during my stay of another four nights.

There was NO wifi and not advertised as such. Poor amount of dishware and not cleaned. Bathroom had a lot of mildew and needed deep cleaning, shower head was not stable. Very dusty room in general.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, decent value for a short stay.
