Not much, everything was great. There was no secure undercover parking, had to park in a public car park in the open, but seemed safe enough.

Comfortable rooms right next to the Penrith Leagues Club, which had entertainment of all sorts for all ages. Lots of places to eat, lots to do, could happily spend a long weekend well entertained there. If you didn't feel like going out several of the restaurants in the Penrith Club could be delivered to your room via room service.

Very minor observations- Rooms are starting to look dated and the outdoor pool area needs some love.

I was assured multiple times through the week to become a member to ensure access once I returned from the game. I returned from the stadium in plenty of time and was refused through the entrance for hotel guests which I was told to use. Devastated.

Everything I needed for the grand final weekend as I headed to the game. Glad we won or it would have been a sombre return to my accommodation 😆

Clean and comfortable room, budget friendly, easy check in and out process, close to lots of dining options for a quick stay. Ground floor room with a view over the oval at the back of the property.

When we checked in the lady who checked us in was a little unfriendly. We had to confirm our breakfast the next morning and then had to go back to the front desk later a spoke to a very friendly young lady who we asked when check out time was and where to go for breakfast. She also gave me more milk for the room. It would have been a better experience if we didn't feel like an inconvenience to the women who checked us in in the first place.

Beds were really comfy, but I would take my own pillows next time as they were not supportive at all. Great location.

Would have been good to have bigger glasses as i get thirsty in the night and these were thimbles. Some cutlery so you can dine in from other restaurants would have been good as well.

Plenty of places to eat. The relationship between the Mercure and the Panthers complex was not really well explained eg Outback Steakhouse is part of the Mercure complex but not in the Panthers complex. Booking system was being replaced and staff had trouble with it. Staff were accommodating re my request to have our sheets changed first during the day as my partner had surgery and wanted clean sheets.....I found a tissue in my bed I had accidentally left there in the morning and it was at my feet the next morning which would indicate the sheets were not actually changed, just the beds made up...

We ended up right above a restaurant that seemed to play quite loud music till late in the night and due to us having an early start it affected us getting to sleep early. Next time we stay I will request to be further away from the club to solve this issue as I understand it isn’t the hotels fault for this happening

I didn't like that the single bed was on wheels and it rolled away so easily. I had to sit on it because there was only one chair and one small table for 3 of us. I had to push the bed against the window to stabilise it. The fridge was tiny...too small.

The location was great! The gym was fantastic as well!

The bed was quite uncomfortable and the sheets were too stiff. I understand this is not your fault, but we experienced quite a loud crowd in either next door or above our room who arrived home around 1 am and carried on for an hour or so. Very annoying.

It was modern, very clean and a great location for the concert we were attending that night.

Hotel was outdated, looked tired. Lawn mowing outside the window in the morning so not a quiet room. Shower head wasn't the best. Access from Panthers was closed from 10pm.

Clean room, comfy bed, tea/coffee making facility, parking availability nearby. Shower water was nice & warm. Access to Panthers was good for breakfast & dinner.

If you don’t have your own transport :( was okay getting there on Saturday bur leaving on Sunday there was only 2 buses back to Penrith… unless you want to take the 1 hour -+ scenic route via Leonay and emu plains. Felt like we were out in the sticks tbh

Our hotel room door slammed shut & was noisy & dangerous. Taps in bathroom were leaking slightly. Outdoor pool is a little way from the hotel. We booked through Agoda & we thought the breakfast was included but had to pay $25 each as it was not included.

Really helpful & welcoming staff. Room was comfortable with nice toiletries. Location is great, right in the heart of the Panthers entertainment centre. So much to do nearby, Aqua Golf, iFly (indoor sky jump flight) NRL Panthers League club & stadium. Also Westfield & lots of local shops just a short 5min drive away.

The air conditioner didn't work and at 2am I had to ring up reception due to the heat and we were changed into another room, which was great. However the guy on the front desk, when rang, was awesome and should be commended, I was a little short with him and he handled it like a true professional.

Water leaking, bathroom not the cleanest, room key kept failing and had to get it recut 4 times during our stay.
