We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaArriving to find 2 out of 3 bedrooms locked plus 1 bathroom. Have stayed many apartments and never been denied access to parts of them. Internet didn't work. Reception had closed early so had to sort by phone... was accused of making a booking mistake. In our absence, Manager opened BR 3... not the one with the balcony and also not the other bathroom. Petty? At least this enabled us to turn WiFi on as it was in room 3. Found Manager next morning and explained we had receipts stating payment covered entire apartment, whereupon, after more heated discussion, the remaining doors were reluctantly unlocked. Our initial interaction with the manager showed her to be unaware of the format of our apartment and she behaved inappropriately in restricting our access, blaming us, questioning repeatedly why we needed the other rooms and threatening to charge more for cleaning if they were used. It was enough to ruin our impression of the place overall, even though we had no further problems. We wouldn't choose to return
It's a lovely property, great location, beautiful views, spacious apartments, well equipped (although we only found most of the plates and crockery later, when we checked the dishwasher. Parking was great, most appreciated.

AustraliaThere was no BBQ facility on the roof. This is not matching the photo & descriptions on Booking.com. Our group was given 1 remote control for car-park entry. As we have 2 cars, we felt inconvenient for sharing use by 1 remote control. The on-site manager should have more remote control ready for guests upon request.
The 6th floor unit offers a good ocean view from Alexandra Headland.

AustraliaThe apartment was filthy (at best). Tried to use vacuum cleaner BUT it was chock full of debri. Spewing out more than went in. I am an asthmatic so my wife spent time to clean it out and then vacuumed the whole apt. A/C was same - very dirty. Vents in shower - same. Kitchen - same. This place needs a thorough investigation by Dept Health and orders given. I have photos to prove all that is stated here. Lounge - very uncomfortable. Booked this place because ad stated had Foxtel (504) but caretaker had replaced this with some exotic stuff that neither gave us what we paid for or desired. Offered to fix but always short of actions. TV speakers simply don't cut it when waves and traffic noises are extreme. At worst needed an external speaker.
Apartment was of a reasonable size (overall). Balcony was huge - looked over the main Road onto the background beach. Paid for BUT had 2 toilets. Had a 2nd BR which I thought was simply part of space let BUT was extra $'s.

AustraliaWe booked this place mostly due to the advertised HEATED pool and spa... only to find they weren't heated at all. It was literally warmer in the ocean. Very disappointed teenage boys! Staff were unable to greet us even though we arrived at 2pm on a weekday. That was okay and accessing key via lockbox was fine. It was unfortunate though, that I then had to attend reception the following day to sign paperwork. Why? I had already paid in full (and in advance), had a key, had already stayed a night and I'd provided all of my details in advance via Booking.com. Why the need to give up my family holiday time? Extremely minimal tea, coffee and sugar provided (6 sachets of each, for 4 people over 3 nights), and no milk whatsoever. Really annoying after several hours of driving. Although the apartment itself was really very good, in future, I would be looking to spend my $250p/n elsewhere as a result of these basic things. A bit more hospitality could make this place fantastic.
Great location, excellent, spacious and clean apartment with both ocean views at front and lake views at back. Loved that our apartment offered two secure car parks. Loved that there were luggage trolleys available.

AustraliaThe sheets were flat and bunched up during the night, Very minimal toilet paper, detergent etc do a shopping trip was necessary straight away. A very deep spa bath in main bathroom that even adults had trouble stepping over and our guest ended up using the ensuite shower because of the spray from the shower head wetting her hair. The cleaning could have been better. There was half eaten ice cream cup in the freezer! Small cockroaches in the pantry!
We loved the unit. It was very spacious. We booked a 3 bedroom on 4th floor and we were allocated 2 car parks. Close to Alex Surf Club and favourite Indian restaurant. Overall a pleasant stay. Great water pressure. Lovely view from the balcony.

AustraliaThe kitchen was a little inadequate, no frypan, no peeler, the stove top didn’t work well, the dishwasher didn’t always clean the dishes. A small amount of laundry powder would have been handy for just one load. We asked for an extra night if available, staff said they would get back to us but didn’t. We had to chase them up.
The view from the balcony was great, the walk into Mooloolaba was really nice, the lounge was comfortable snd a good size for us all. The bathrooms were great.

BelgiumCleanliness was oke, but lots of dust around and bathrooms could have used an extra clean. The kitchen unfortunately was riddled with cockroaches. Opened the cutlery drawer and found 5 in one drawer. Also lots of cockroaches on the kitchen walls and in the cupboards.
Great location. Shops, cafés and restaurants within walking distance. Lots of space in the 3 bedroom appartement. Didn't receive cleaning supplies on arrival, but staff brought it promptly to our apartment once notified.

Aircon noisey & main bathroom pipes rattle / noisey when switch over from bath to shower. For the money and marked ‘sub penthouse’ was definitely expecting a more luxurious apartment especially bedding.
