Floor under the couch was dirty, as was the exhaust right above the shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Smoke alarm went off twice randomly in the middle of the night, waking us up, which was very unpleasant. Rubbish chute was so tiny compared to the bin size in our unit so we had to take our rubbish all the way down to the basement on check out.

Views over the beach and location was easy walk to everything. Lift in the building great for accessibility. Secure car park downstairs. Layout of the unit very spacious and the loo had a lovely view of the beach. Kitchen has all the equipment items you’d want, except for hand soap. The kettle was really gross but management gave me a new one when I asked.

Building works behind meant no privacy in bedrooms - had to keep curtain drawn. Only issue if high up. On the plus side, the sea views are fabulous.

Location, location location, with good cafes & shops - smaller than Coolangatta next door so more relaxed. fab sea view. Good size bedrooms. Great parking with lift. Very helpful staff.

The view was exceptional and the location was ideal with just a short walk to the surf club, pub, beach and restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. We will definitely stay at Meridian Towers again.

There was a building site next door which woke us up early every morning, except Sunday. The dishwasher had broken down, so was disconnected. The kitchen and bathrooms were functional but could both do with being updated. Some parts of the apartment were not the cleanest.

The location was perfect for all the local beaches, clubs and restaurants. The beds were super comfy and the living area was comfortable and modern. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great stay. The GM Dee was very accommodating and understanding. The housekeeping staff was top notch. The front desk blonde woman, I don’t believe I caught the name was very friendly as well. Great property and location.

We were put in apartment 1201 & it was in such poor condition we had to complain. Thankfully they moved us to apartment 801 which was absolutely beautiful.

The view of the ocean was amazing & we enjoyed the pool & spa.

Tv in bedroom not working, no remote. Shower head in main bathroom not very good. Air conditioner leaking on balcony plus others above unit dripping onto balcony from above.

Nice view of the beach. Reception staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. The unit was very clean, very comfortable and modern. Great location. We would definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately for us there was a very noisy family in the pool which our balcony overlooked. There also a lot of noise due to nearby apartment being renovated. This wouldn't stop me staying again as we were just unlucky. Apartment was great and overlooked the beach.

The noise from the construction but the Meridian could not do anything about that.

The room was great but when I slept in the bedroom I was woken by the construction at 6:00 a.m. I understand that construction needs to happen. The view, location and the facilities were excellent. The cleanliness of the room could have been better but I enjoyed my stay no matter what.

Nothing to dislike, maybe the crockery , cutlery and kitchen utensils are a little basic for 1 week stay.

Right opposite the beach with fantastic views. Apartment is very comfortable and recently refurbished, including new bathrooms, kitchen and beds. Great to have underground security parking!
