The location was not suitable for our needs as it lacked sufficient amenities for families in the area. Certain areas of the unit were not properly cleaned, and the table on the balcony was excessively large for the available space, which meant we could not all sit at the table. Additionally, we were not informed about the construction work taking place nearby, which resulted in disruptive noise from around 6 am or 7am, throughout our stay. The shower pressure was not of the greatest quality and is positioned at an inconveniently low height.

The accommodation was satisfactory. The unit was spacious and the garden view was pleasant. We were supplied with a carparking space very close to the lift which made for easy access. At the end of the street, there was a bar, eateries, and a convenience store where you could purchase some supplies.

Not secure key entry into apartment. Tap over bathroom sink was in the middle and you could not bend over sink without hitting your head

There were no tea spoons no plug in the sink to wash up. Not enough cleaning products to actually clean. So sorry for the next person everything was just basically rinsed and put back in the cupboard. Like it was for us we had to clean everything before we used it. And please don’t say you only give enough to get you started because if you want a clean place provide more supplies no one is going to buy a whole heap of items for 3 days stay! The kettle was dirty and tasted like a dirty shoe. Forget having a coffee make sure you bring your own because you will die having anything they have supplied. Because it was the weekend there was no one to inform about anything so we didn’t bother. There was sand or dirt from construction on balcony.

The room and all building facilities were clean, well maintained well presented. The indoor pool was a great treat and beautifully maintained. The outdoor pool and the grounds were in a relaxed and pleasant setting.

Loved the size of the apartment. The view was amazing, and being able to go to an in door or outdoor pool was a definite plus! 20 mins to Wet n Wild, Movie World, etc, and 5 mins drive to Sea world. The best thing was the air conditioning! It was so hot and humid, the aircon was fab!

The unit was clean but the walls in the unit could have used a good wipe over. Common areas and grounds were very clean. Dusting of the tv cabinet and decorative board under the dining table glass was not done often. These minor things are the only reason the score isn't a 10.

Excellent location. Great views. Very spacious unit. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Very homely feel to the unit that included books in the bookshelves. Plenty of room to move around (4 adults and a baby). We had a lot of stuff for the baby's birthday party and still so much room. Large comfortable lounge area, full sized dining table, casual lounge area, large balcony off the casual lounge. Large bedrooms and bathrooms. Small balcony off the main bedroom. Kitchen was a little on the small side compared to the rest of the unit but functional. Laundry located off the kitchen. Spacious common areas with indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, 2 BBQ areas, and tennis court. Tedder Ave is super close and a 1 minute walk to Main Beach. Allocated parking was easy and there are trolleys guests can use to cart luggage. Also plenty of street parking. If staying more than 1 night, bring extra rubbish bags and toilet paper. There is a mini mart on Tedder Ave if you forget. Shout out to Leo on the front counter at check in for being friendly and informative.

The room we did have, featured a huge living room mirror, so enjoy having a dated mirror looking at you.

The staff are great, the location as well was perfect (being 10 minutes from the beach) and very close to clubs and nightlife. The kitchenet provided everything needed to cook with (may need to purchase seasoning)

Very weak water pressure in one of the showers. Nearby cafes and grocers (short walk) very expensive. No table tennis (in fairness, they don't list this, but hopefully they get a games room).

Extremely modern, spacious and with fantastic views. Superb air conditioning and strong free wi-fi. Awesome tennis court. Two sets of keys. Excellent parking facility.

There was nothing that I didn’t like. Everything was good. We did run out of body wash and toilet paper by the last day so some extra supplied would have been good.

Didn't like the beds ,were too hard, lint was coming off the rug so much. The fan in the master bedroom was swinging in the wrong direction, so did not get any breeze when turned on
