Visit was for medical reasons and the accommodation was located very near the hospital and a large shopping centre and although with two large and busy roads on either side it was very quiet, comfortable and clean.

We prepaid for parking, only to find out they oversell the spots available. The staff member at desk had a defensive attitude & before even explaining to us ‘why’ he just said ‘I’m happy to give you a refund’ It was 1-2am & we were returning from a family xmas party…

The security guard put a fence up at the parking area not allowing anyone in because it was full. We left to go get food and come back, so I had to move the fence and the guard was quite rude to me.

Good value for money, location is right across from Macquarie Shopping Centre where we needed to work. Facilities were nice and clean.

Our room was beautiful and modern. The entire Hotel smelt wonderful from the moment you step foot inside! Location was fantastic. Right across from a big shopping centre. Staff were so friendly and helpful. I hope to visit again!

The location is very inconvenient and difficult to drive around. This isn’t the best if you have no car and are new to Sydney.

We loved everything about the property especially the well appointed kitchen.

It was spotless, was close to the Macquarie Centre and public transport. The reception staff could not have been more helpful. We have stayed in many hotels in the area and none could compare to Meriton.

The air conditioning was poor. The temperature was preset & I was unable to make it cooler. The room remained warm even on the coolest setting. This was the only downfall.

The suite was spacious and had a well fitted out kitchen. It was perfect! Loved the coffee machine 😁

Excellent room with plenty of space. Super clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. Didn't want to leave! And the soap was so lovely i asked for some when we left! We will be back.

Getting kicked off a bus halfway back from the city on nye at 2 am in the rain, because the driver had reached his hours. And the 7klm walk in unfamiliar surroundings. I am still trying to understand how that happened, I am glad I was sober, and my 14 year old daughter was with me, not on her own. Not the hotels fault, but really happened!!!

Well appointed room, great staff, good facilities. Just a bit out of town, good if you don't mind walking and busses. I don't have much nice to say about Sydney busses

The revolving door at the main entrance is not a nice feature - it was either going too fast or too sluggish to start. Much better with an ordinary automatic sliding door in my opinion.

Excellent location i.e. only a short walk across the road to the Macquarie Shopping Centre where you can get a great variety of eateries. Having a swimming pool is also a great facility in the hot weather.

Water drainage system in the toilet was disappointing. There is decent space in the studio room but the shower area is not having any boundaries.

The property was amazing. At a good location with nearby shopping centre and public transport. Not too far from the city. Spa, pool and sauna was a big positive. Good family place.
