I didn't like that the parking was in another location. It was confusing on where in that car park you had to park. Was not happy at all.

We liked the view and our accommodation, bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean.

The aircon was making too much noise unfortunately and the bathroom sink is not draining properly so had to use the kitchennette's. Also, my bag got stuck in between the elevator doors and it did not re open automatically and other people have had to press the door open button a few times before it opened and released my bag which was a safety concern.

Loved our spacious room and the hotel was close to everything.

The pick up and drop off area was somewhat confusing with drivers finding it hard to locate. Our room was on the 2nd floor and had a view of the street. But we didn’t pay for a view either so can’t really complain.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, soft and felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. There were 2 TV’s one in the sitting room and one in the bedroom. Both allowed us to cast onto them so we could watch whatever shows we wanted. The bathroom was small but clean and had lovely Kevin Murphy bath products. There was also a well equipped kitchen and laundry. There’s also an abundance of coffee and food places to try with the hotel in easy walking distance from Howard Smith Wharves and Eagle Street.

The Netflix didn’t work on the Tv and had issues connecting to the internet.

At check out the older gentleman told me I could tap onto the buses with my visa card. Turns out you can’t, only on trains. Caused some issues for me. As a service point for travellers, front desk need to ensure they’re giving the correct info. I emailed this feedback direct (along with good feedback) but didn’t get a reply, which I would have appreciated customer service-wise.

Such a great location near the fancy wharves with its restaurants and bars. Walked home in 4min. Nice promenade to walk along. Tv in room had chrome cast enabled to connect my Netflix, which was helpful when it was too hot outside and I wanted to relax. Shout out to Chelsea at check in - she was superb and all genuine smiles with her service.

No bath floor towel, no had towel, no face washer. Staff did not ask how my stay was so the opportunity to leave direct feedback was not offered.

I stayed 2 nights. The room was neat and generally clean. The aircon was constantly on.

We were staying in one of the very top suites. The view was incredible! Unfortunately, there was a terrible sound travelling through the walls from the neighbouring bathroom, maybe from the water pipes. It was so loud it woke us up from sleep often. This changed our trip from being relaxed and quiet to being unsettled as we were tired from the disrupted sleep.

There was nothing to not like, though not being used to the city nor hotels nowadays. I was confused by how to access the lift to my floor and was standing there when a man came along and showed me what to do.

The room was large and well equipped for anyone wanting a longstay as was surprised to see a washing machine and dryer, ironing board and presumably an iron. Very comfortable bed though I didn't sleep much as was rather hungry and no cafes open nearby: I was exhausted on arrival having walked from where I had to leave the coach at the Hilton and walked to end of Adelaide street in the wrong direction then turned to walk the length in opposite direction and Meriton was right at the end..I had assumed to turn left at Edward Street and that was my mistake. The receptionist was very kind and told me to sit down and gave me a bottle of cold water and when recovered I then checked in.
