The apartment was not as clean as we’d have expected, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the drain in the laundry and the shower fixing was loose causing the heavy shower head to fall off at times.

Multiple lifts to get to room and scanners are temperamental for all with no instruction given. Confused more than just me. Very noisey in living area with room right on the highway.

As would be expected for a serviced apartment - good kitchen with full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher etc. Lounge and dining. Decent bathroom. Decent bed with okay sheets. Air con. Good location if seeing something at Moore Park (20min walk). TV in lounge and bedroom.

The underground parking is not very straightforward; the room did not have a bathmat provided; the powerpoint had a double adapter where you could either unplug the lamp or the clock radio, but too small to plug anything additional in so unable to plug in a phone charger next to the bed; the main curtains to the balcony were covered in stains on the inside; I couldn’t find any plates. It is quite noisy but it’s on one of the busiest roads in Sydney, so to be expected, but was still able to sleep pretty comfortably.

Some things weren’t clean. One dining chair had a hole burnt through it & also on the floor near it, curtains were dirty with some stains, bathtub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned/touched in awhile, shower needs a good clean or a reno. Guest services could also be better, i asked to borrow a GHD straightener & was told it would be brought up to me in the room. I waited 30minutes until I went down to reception & received it from there. The receptionist just laughed when I told her I was waiting for it since thats what she said. Not sure if she fully understood english.

We got an amazing studio room with bedroom, bathroom & laundry upstairs while the living room, kitchen, balcony & second bathroom were downstairs.

The swimming pool was loud, not in the same building as the suites and shared with a bunch of people who live in surrounding buildings, which is unavoidable but would have been good to know.

The lack of mobile service and internet as we needed it. We moved rooms as a result of this and the new room was not as good or as clean as the one we paid for.

Only negative would be having only one window in the generous sized living area. Also thougt $30 a night for a car park was a bit steep.

Only downside was the room wasn’t soundproof, we could hear cars and sirens outside and everytime someone would enter the foyer from carpark we could hear the door close/open

It was super convenient being in a street suite, super comfortable and a great size.
