Meriton was excellent, staff very professional, suite was clean and very comfortable, the shower pressure was the best I have ever experienced it was like a jet shower amazing! Location was fantastic and everything very accessible and finally the indoor pool was great.

There was a Chinese restaurant downstairs and after a long drive we thought it was easy to go to and didn't involve effort and nothing special. Looked like a traditional Chinese Restaurant with the plastic table cloth and ordinary decor but the prices were not ordinary traditional Chinese prices. It was not value for money and the meals were not really enjoyable. Our fault we were not observant enough however disappointing. There was nothing else that we didn't love and the restaurant underneath was a tenant not part of the hotel.

Location was great. It was a short stay three nights on our way further up the coast and we really enjoyed it. Was handy to everywhere we needed and close to the light rail station to visit Surfers Paradise. Room was very clean and very spacious.

Some parts of the rooms are a bit old and getting run down. It would be nice to have two couches in a lounge.

I have stayed here several times when I need accommodation on the Gold Coast. It is central, staff are great and I like Broadbeach. I also love the Kevin Murphy ammenities.

Great location - just a quick walk to Pacific Fair, the beach and Broadbeach shops/restaurants, quick walk to the bus/train station, easy to get to from the airport using the very cheap and quick public bus system. Staff - always helpful and polite, 24 hour desk Fantastic views Well furnished Brilliant indoor heated pool

Free toiletries are tiny but can request more. Limited facilities in the gym but adequate. No sponge or washing up liquid provided.

Very spacious with lots of storage and amenities. Both a shower and bath in the bathroom!

We booked only 1 night via booking.com but wanted to add another night when we arrived at the hotel. The duty manager, Jeremy, was extremely helpful and very friendly and found us a great room for our stay. Exceptional service and it made our stay really enjoyable. Thank you

Noise from pool area from other guests and the noise from pool plant. TV locked into Google Chrome Cast prevented us from watching other online streaming services like Britbox. The internet supplied even blocked these other online streaming services, which I think is particularly mean. The water pressure in the shower was poor and hot water slow.

The apartment had a full-sized family fridge with an excellent freezer. Room layout was efficient and included a large balcony. Good view. Although on the 7th floor and there was no view of the ocean, the balcony afforded an entertaining view of the environs.

WE enjoyed everything believe or not... The only "problem" Gold Coast is far from Montreal and still expensive to go there but the prices are "Canadian" so no surprises... No tipping at the restaurants was a very nice experiences!

Our balcony was facing toward the ocean so we were able to see the sunrise from our bed, balcony, room... We had oven, dryer, washing machine. Soundproof facility so were able to relax even we were in the city!!

There parking is not good for larger vehicles. You should park on the street if you have a large vehicle. I feel like the parking needs to be upgraded to suit larger vehicles.

The rooms were very clean, has all the amenities in your room and the rooms are larger then the hotels. The staff are very friendly and go above to help.
