It was reasonably clean but there were a few hairs in the bath, the shower has a build up of scum around the base and the laundry was not spotless.

The view was lovely, it was quiet, the decor was pleasant and the rooms were spacious.

Pleasantly surprised at the Suite for the price. Definitely value for money. Wifi worked well in the bedroom but not in the lounge area. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Parking was well priced. Overall, very happy and will definitely stay again. The location is excellent, and the view was really good.

Property was undergoing repairs, which overall weren’t too annoying however lifts did not work several times and lead to having to carry luggage down 18 flights of stairs to be able to depart on. check out day. This was an ongoing issue all weekend so should have been prioritised for guests.

Location is great, walking distance to Pac Fair and several restaurants.

Staffs was very accomodating. We are expecting an ocean view but we still have an amazing balcony view. The room was very cleaned and exceeds our expectation.

The bed in the main bedroom was very uncomfortable. To the point that we would not book again. It was very hard. Such a shame as everything else was great

The 2 bed apartment was very spacious and well equipped with great views to the beach and the ranges. It was very well located and we could walk everywhere. All the staff we interacted with were very friendly and professional. We has a roll away bed for our friend that was very comfortable and there was plenty of room in the apartment, so it did not get in the way. We were able to park 2 cars on site which was great.

The TV in the bedroom didn't link up with chrome cast but we only stayed 1 night so wasn't really an issue. If we stayed longer would have definitely gotten it fixed.

The view was incredible, 3 girls and we never once felt like we were stepping over each other. 2 bathrooms were perfect and washer and dryer served us well. Nice touch with coffee pod machine.

Lifts were confusing to work initially. The bed was TERRIBLE. So hard. Had a really bad sleep. Get a mattress topper!! It was not a 5 star room. The couch was average and the 2 dining chairs were old and had no support. The chairs on the balcony were not comfortable either . Not a very relaxing room . Not clean either and starting to look very dated inside . Chips off of paint and tiles etc. also the sink drain smelt terrible. Also the shower pressure when on full hot is just a dribble. It’s ridiculous. I had a warm, semi-cold shower every time !

Could not get anywhere to park. Hotel has 2 levels of underground parking and was all full when we arrived. Had to park 3 blocks away on the street and drag our bags to the hotel. Disappointed

Information in the car park areas very poor; not knowing where to find reception from the car park, the fact that parking is not reserved anywhere when it looks like it is. Guest parking was not clearly defined and if no parking is reserved then why advise guest parking? Lifts were inconsistent on operation as they were upgrading lifts…. But again notice information advising this was totally missing!! Why? A notice at the lifts deflates tension for a staff member who walks over to explain why guests are waiting a long time or why their card doesn’t work….. small things need to be done better.

Meriton was excellent, staff very professional, suite was clean and very comfortable, the shower pressure was the best I have ever experienced it was like a jet shower amazing! Location was fantastic and everything very accessible and finally the indoor pool was great.

There was a Chinese restaurant downstairs and after a long drive we thought it was easy to go to and didn't involve effort and nothing special. Looked like a traditional Chinese Restaurant with the plastic table cloth and ordinary decor but the prices were not ordinary traditional Chinese prices. It was not value for money and the meals were not really enjoyable. Our fault we were not observant enough however disappointing. There was nothing else that we didn't love and the restaurant underneath was a tenant not part of the hotel.

Location was great. It was a short stay three nights on our way further up the coast and we really enjoyed it. Was handy to everywhere we needed and close to the light rail station to visit Surfers Paradise. Room was very clean and very spacious.

I have stayed here several times when I need accommodation on the Gold Coast. It is central, staff are great and I like Broadbeach. I also love the Kevin Murphy ammenities.

Great location - just a quick walk to Pacific Fair, the beach and Broadbeach shops/restaurants, quick walk to the bus/train station, easy to get to from the airport using the very cheap and quick public bus system. Staff - always helpful and polite, 24 hour desk Fantastic views Well furnished Brilliant indoor heated pool
