Didnt like how the outside spa and indoor spa closed at 10pm very disappointing. Especially when you there for 1 night and would like to enjoy the facilities after an event packed day.

We were in an accessibility room Water from shower went absolutely everywhere in bathroom We had to call for r tea towels to clean it up to be able to use toilet without getting wet feet

Understanding that as per the booking arrangement house keeping was every three days. House keeping did come but only serviced one of the two bedrooms and bathrooms. Left only towels for the ensuite. No reflll of toilet paper or tea and coffee. And one bedroom left completely unmade while they other bed looked like it had just been pulled up. Over all a beautiful place to stay but for the money paid would have expected the service to be completed.

When someone else is already occupying the room that you'll be staying. What a blunder, we we we're issued another set of key for another room. Knobs of fancy toilet flushes are hard to press. Would be good if rooms have at least tables,small desks. Parking entry/exit is too stiff, and the on-going constructions around the area is not really appealing.

Good location (with a very pleasant walk, restaurants and shops very close and a shopping center 10 minutes walk away). Good facilities (indoor and outdoor pool, very complete gym, sauna and jacuzzi). The two-bedroom apartment is comfortable and has everything you need. As for cleaning, it is fine, but the top of the built-in wardrobes had a lot of dust. The hotel staff is very nice. The price is a little high but we have been very comfortable. I recommend it.

Pretty happy with everything.

Staff very helpful - in particular, Claire at Reception. Close to train station - about 10min walk. A lot of good restaurants in the immediate area.

How expensive it was, however that is to be expected during an event weekend, so not necessarily a bad thing.

Location and views were fantastic, we stayed in a 3 bed apartment on level 26 that overlooked the river. Apartment was spacious for the 5 of us plus baby. All staff were fantastic and lovely. Walking distance to a long strip of restaurants, when you walk out of the lobby there are at least 4-5 places to eat right at the back of the hotel.

A little info on ..... how to work the dishwasher, the coffee machine etc. The shower arrangement is slightly broken as is the toilet roll holder. The bins in the bathroom and kitchen are inadequate....too small for a 3 night stay when there is no housekeeping. Mostly all good. thank you.

The suite was very spacious, well equipped, very new and clean and I enjoyed the view of the river.

the flat was not professional cleaned had hair and stained bed sheets even on the express cleaning day they didnt do anything only took the trash out the balconey had many bugs and spider webs all around the beds were hard and pillows so soft and annoying also with checkout when i asked for a butler to help collecting the luggage they said sorry shortage of staff and let us took our things down our self

There was water on the floor of the loungeroom when we booked in which was weird. The beds were not overly comfortable but otherwise all good.
