First room we were put in had a view of a blank wall, asked a higher room which staff happily did for us, ask for a room above floor 22 for a good view.

Lovely large apartment with fantastic facilities. Very helpful staff. Pool and spa area were wonderful.

Everything was perfect.

Everything was so fresh and clean as this property is less than a year old. Our requests for a corner room on a high floor were met and we even received a complimentary bottle of Sparkling Wine in our room because we were celebrating our Anniversary. The lifts were fast and quiet. The staff were friendly and obliging. The bed and pillows were really comfortable. Quilt was plush and cosy. Views were great.

Our room didn’t have any natural light but since we didn’t spend much time there it didn’t really bothered. We just needed to turn the lights off when we woke up.

There is literally nothing I could fault.

The suites are beautifully kept and so clean!! The location is just so central and the building in such good condition. The sheets were squeaky clean as well as the bathrooms. The staff were so awesome and helpful when I had an early morning check out.

Modern, quiet, comfortable. Well situated close to Southern Cross Stattion. Staff were friendly and well informed. They were able to organise an early check-in AND a late checkout. Made a big difference.

We would have loved hotel robes during out stay. And some noise could be hear from the corridor when in the room.

I loved the room and the space felt very comfortable and clean. Was easy to relax there. The gym and pool were amazing. Everything was accessible and the staff were helpful.

I liked everything except the shower is weak pressure and no bath tab. A bit of walk from the centre of CBD.

I stayed at this hotel 4 times and always felt comfortable, with everything in the room including laundry. I travel for work with carry-on luggage so minimal clothes with laundry is a great option. I wish the room had a bath tab.

Perfect location. Excellent staff . Extremely clean as it is only new. Trains and trams only minutes walk . Pool ,sauna, spa, and gym are all in excellent condition. Could not ask for more and will now use the Meriton for all our stays in Melbourne..

The staff is highly skilled in customer service and the location is excellent, close to transportation, restaurants, shops, and entertainment. The room is fantastic, the price is affordable, and it's very clean and comfortable.

The pool area was so highly chlorinated that I couldn't breathe or open my eyes while swimming. There was also a window cleaner in there at the time so the smell of his vinegar and the chlorine was a noxious combination (the cleaner was wearing a mask). I would suggest cleaning the pool windows out of hours and also knocking back the pool chemicals a little.

The rooms are fantastic, clean, modern, well designed. Comfy beds. Well equipped kitchenettes.
