Needed more instruction on getting new towels or that you had to get them. Wish they had washcloths. No food on premises. Didn't see any vending machines. Wasn't sure how to work dishwasher. No view.

Room was clean and spacious! Like that there was a refrigerator. Elevator only goes to your floor...added security.

The room was clean and spacious, and all the furniture and beds were very comfortable. It had everything on hand that you would need to travel with a family. We rate this property highly and will be back again!

Shower was awful. No water pressure from it. If this was a water saving shower it has the opposite effect as you spend much longer in the shower to wash and rinse hair. Also was at least 2-3 minutes of running the water for it to become warm.

Good location. Room was nice and clean. Nice facilities and friendly staff. Luggage hold after check out on our last day was very helpful.

We are at low floors and the room was facing a blank wall of another building, but we were away most of the day, so okay for us.

Clean and spacious room, very close to darling harbour and walking distance to main street! If you are a morning runner, you will love the location as its just 1 minute run to darling harbour where you can enjoy a 5k run.

We loved our stay and would stay again, but we make the following comments that (in our opinion) make it fail the 5 star rating. 1. Bathroom- the water pressure is weak and then we had to wait several minutes before hot water came through. We're always happy to re-use towels in hotels for our whole stay but annoyingly, there was almost nowhere to hang towels to dry. Plenty of space on the wall for towel rails - so strange there were none. We had to use the clothes dryer instead. 2. Bed - we found the bed to be average, it had no pillow top and was a fraction hard. We do a lot of travel and regularly find better. Also, we only had a sheet and a winter doona on the bed - as the air-con doesn't go lower than 20deg C - the doona was way too hot. We requested a blanket and one was brought to our room promptly. That was perfect. 3. TV - the smart TV was setup to allow you to 'Cast' from a mobile device to the TV for streaming service. It seems like a good idea, but we had numerous problems with speed and reliability - and ended up watching Netflix om my Laptop.

Firstly, the apartment/building: Check-in was easy, reception well-staffed and excellent service. Our apartment had a great kitchen if you choose to self-cater. Also has a washing machine and dryer. Wi-Fi was good. There is a table, couch and TV. The lifts were super efficient. Location/Area: location is excellent. It's a 5 minute walk to Darling Harbour (restaurants/attractions/Ferry/Cruises) or to Town Hall for Light Rail or Metro/Airport train. Nearby, there are plenty of Cafe/ Restaurant options. We enjoyed a daily walk (approx 1hour) along Darling Harbour into the lovely Barangaroo reserve and onto the Rocks/ Circular quay. A beautiful mixture or historic building, parks, harbour views - and it's pretty flat (a few smaller hills at the end).

Not entirely clean in bathroom and bedroom. They're was ?food on the walls below the TV in the bedroom and hair on the wall of the shower. Shower grate could be scrubbed easily to get rid of sorry and mould but had not been. Extra blankets!

Would like more frequent servicing. Although when I asked for clean towels and toilet paper it was never an issue for someone to deliver these essentials.

Close to the CBD. Great view. Excellent size - perfect for two couple with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Great having a laundry.

It would have been nice to have been placed on a higher floor with a better view.

The accommodations are outstanding. They have every consideration included. The location was ideal for getting to the airport, cruise ships or to the city 's attractions.

No breakfast offered, but there are places nearby to get coffee. Also the room had kitchen facilities, so you could make your own if desired.

The room was very large and had many amenities. They did not provide daily maid service but would bring anything you needed on request (towels, shampoo, etc). Location was very close to Darling Harbour and a short walk to Queen Victoria Building, trams, and shopping.

I couldn't access Netflix and l had looked forward to an evening of my feet up, watching a movie.

The space, being able to self cater and the bed was amazing.
