Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

AustraliaThis is a very mild complaint but we just had problems with the room cleaning service. We did not have problems with the cleanliness however while cleaning up the room they were also taking out the items used from the room without new replacement such as taking the mugs and utensils which was inconvinient as we needed to contact the lobby for a replacement which can also take about 30mins-1hr before they come in with the items requested.
There are several things I like about the property 1. The location was perfect, 5-10mins walk to Townhall, QVB,Chinatown and Haymarket therefore close to all public transport ie trams, trains, close to shopping centres and restaurants. 2. The amneties of this hotel was almost like your own little condotel, they have washing machines and dryer as well as a stove and microwave which is not very common to hotels but was really convinient if these are what you needed. 3. The room space was great it was huge even for a studio room, we had enough space for our big luggages without compromising our comfort. The aircon was cold, we had a huge window with a lookout of the darling harbour, really relaxing stay. 4. the availability for a spa and pool was a great addition overall as well.

United KingdomThe initial room we had, a Darling Suite, was far too hot, and the air conditioning would not go below 20 degrees, which was just not cool enough. Also the balcony is totally enclosed, so was too hot to sit on.
The room that we were moved to was a very nice space. It had an open balcony which was great to sit on in the evening. Had all the facilities you need for a lengthy stay.
