Good location for our purpose, Uber to train just $13. Room is upstairs so be aware of that, unit was a little tired in furnishings and facilities. Plenty of room around and a short distance to shops etc.

The checking of the bar was disappointing. There was an bottle of wine that had been partially consumed still in the fridge. I did take it to reception and they made a note. Post checkout, I had an additionally charge against my CC. I sent a message through Booking requesting an explanation for the charge, which I’m yet to receive. Really poor considering their association witH MGSM.

Ask about $50 deposit required at checkin, when it will be released back to you. - Multiple phone calls and emails with no response - 7 days after check out, told they needed to manually release from machine and could be another 7 days. -After 17 days I was told I had to contact my bank. (They did apologise for not following up emails and messages)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Fantastic location, fantastic room. Awesome over looking the lake. Walking distance to Shopping centre and multiple food choice. Close to public transport and University which also has many food options and facilities. Family have stayed here multiple times. Restaurant onsite and room service, vending machines available close by.

The Centre takes $50 as a deposit and it was supposed to be returned straight away subject to leaving the room in good condition. Well, a few days later I still didn't get the money back, so had to call and chase the deposit. Obviously, it was overseen by the staff.

We were attending the graduation ceremony in the Macquarie Uni and for that purpose the accommodation was superb. The graduation Hall was just across the lawn and we could see it from the window. Very clean , modern accommodation, spacious and quiet, with everything you may need, including a mini bar. Plenty of parking, a bit away from the rooms, but I consider it a bonus, as you can't hear cars coming and going and there's no petrol smell. The price was very reasonable.

Very good place. It was clean and well equipped. At the lobby, there is a 24/7 Coffee machine and hot/cold water that is really nice.

One small thing.The bathroom was a bit tight.

The room was a good size for 2 people staying overnight. The bed was very comfy. The blinds and curtains blocked out light and we heard no noise from the M2 even though our room was located close to the front of property. We also liked how convenient it was to access the M2 and also the shopping centre. Parking was available and free.

Nowhere to sit outside room, a paved area with chairs outside room would be lovely, the view to the bush and up to the lake is great. No zone to park and check in ( we parked in a no stopping zone), and although parking is free, it is convoluted walk to get back to hotel. I'd hate it to be raining or have more than a small piece of luggage.

So close to University for graduation, lovely outlook, staff very friendly and helpful.
