Pleasant location with good view

Nothing really, although it was hard to park to check in.

We were very happy with the hotel. The room was great. The bed was comfortable and walk in shower was hot with good water pressure and good sized towels. Toiletries were easy to use and had a pleasant scent.The view was awesome, green bush, a lake, and very relaxing. We enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant and the easy free parking. The staff were friendly and helpful. It helps with our plans to have free cancellation too. Location was excellent - 2 blocks from the M2 so very easy escape from Sydney.

The beds were extremely comfortable. There's a restaurant on-site and the view of the lake is lovely. Air conditioning worked well. Staff friendly and there was plenty of parking available. Rooms spacious, clean and modern.

The information in room outdated we were hoping to have breakfast in the restaurant as per the information in the room but when we went down there found out they only open Mon- Fri

The bathroom set up was a bit challenging as the toilet got in the way and the shower leaked onto the main bathroom floor

The location was perfect for the purpose of my stay (held at Macquarie uni). The room was spacious and clean and the bird visitors in the afternoon were an added perk.

1. Lachlan's Restaurant was nice. A buzzer or bell needs to be at desk entrance for someone to attend for a table or payment. 2. Not open for breakfast Saturday or Sunday. Disappointing, having accommodation, there is nothing close for a reasonable breakfast. 3. Not sure why it is called MSGM Executive Hotel? The room is nice, the building is antiquated, old looking. 4. Family members tried phoning me on my mobile, but I was so tired, sleeping through any ringing. Family member was concerned, phoned reception and asked if they could put their call through to me. Reception said no. Family member phoned again asking if someone could go and check on me in my room. Reception again said "no I can not do that" busy wat Reception with patrons. Three times, Family member was hung up on. I spoke to Suzanne, Reception of the incidents and found it "out of character" and would look into it. Before I left, I was not aware of the outcome. Thx

Not much of choices for breakfast.

I am so glad that I got a room with the lake view. Probably because I am a bird watcher thus the room especially meet my taste and exceed my expectation. The housekeeping staff were friendly, polite and helpful. The front desk young guy was very professional too.

It can be too hot in the afternoon and no under cover car park. Air conditioning can be a bit noisy and difficult to control temperature.

Room is great and clean, with smart TV and other facilities.

Some road noise, and some fittings didn't work, but at this pricing point, nothing to really complain about.

The staff were so lovely, happy to help and made me feel welcome. Great scenery out the back. Meal in the restaurant was delicious. Better experience than the usual high rise type options.

The carpark was hard to find and a long walk from the hotel, with no signs along the way. It was very difficult to navigate.

As we were on the ground floor we couldn’t leave the balcony door ajar as there were no security screens only flimsy fly screens.

Close proximity to Macquarie University Hospital and Macquarie shopping centre. We had a room at the back so it was quiet. The room had everything we needed.

Comfortable room, nice outlook over lake, lawn and trees, helpful staff, good dinner at the restaurant. Parking was easy and short drive or 15min walk to Macquarie shopping centre and metro station.
