Nothing that negative that I could write about except no jug to put in the fridge for cold water. Nothing else that I can think of.

Having to use keys consistently fob access would be nice

The outside balcony and nooks was great you had your own personal space spa and pools was also great there was times where it felt like you had your own personal pool and spa even though they are shared facilities and very nice and friendly residents

What was disappointing for us was that the were no towels (tea towels to dry our dishes), each guest was only given 1 towel if wanted another one they charged you for it. The stovetop wasn't working, yes the room seemed clean on arrival but we felt that the whole apartment was very sandy (we swept and vacuumed the whole apartment ourselves when we arrived). We had found one particular resident living on the complex to be very rude they had approached us and demanded we move our car (which was a designated spot for that apartment unit) backward into another car spot so he could use it to clean his car (which there was a different designated car spot for the resident to use ). If wanting to access staff at front desk they were never there.

We liked the location very central to everything like the beach, shops, and our family we visited while staying. The room was well-presented and seemed to be clean upon arrival and the air-con was working well.

1. Main bathroom PowerPoint kept switching off my straightener/hairdryer. Definitely faulty. 2. Were only provided with a sheet and light blanket. No doona. Not warm on those cooler nights. 3. The sound on the TV remote was locked. Could not hear TV from couch. Asked reception to fix it, did not fix it. Couldn’t watch the football or movies or anything. Subtitles were so tiny you couldn’t read from couch. 4. Metal cover on floor to bathroom was coming off. 5. Shower screen was coming off from the bottom.

Close to beach. Big enough apartment. Secure parking. Pool was nice.

In our apartment,the light bulbs were out in both bedrooms and the fan remotes didn’t work either.

Our apartment was very dirty upon arrival. The bathrooms were mouldy and not clean. The fake plants and the fans all through the apartment were extremely dusty. I had to wash all the blankets that were folded up in the cupboard because they had crusty stains on them before we could use them. The kitchen didn’t have much in it for cooking and eating and what was in there was dirty and broken. We had to wash everything in the dishwasher before we could use it. The lounge and cushions on the lounge are covered in stains and it just felt so gross sitting on it. We wouldn’t stay in this apartment again.

The location to the beach was great. Very handy having a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher but other than that pretty basic and needs a good clean and some new items for the kitchen and loung room.

It hadn't been cleaned very well. Fan in living area didn't work. Very noisy fan in main bedroom. No kettle to make cup of tea. Taps leaked all the time. No staff in building, office not open even during the week.

Shower in ensuite was dirty. TV in bedroom didn't work. Light in bedroom was so dim was no point using it. Beds were very very firm. Kitchen not well equipped- didn't even have a chopping board. Knives in drawer were dirty. Garage was dirty with rubbish everywhere.

Appartments could do with a small appliance up grade and repairs.

While superficially clean, the unit was smelly and actually quite dirty. There was dirt under chairs and furniture and the bathroom had old hair in the corners and bath. We found old food in the couch cushions. It’s a shame as cleaning is an easy fix and this would have made our stay much more enjoyable.

The location was great, very close to the beach and to other family members who had their own accommodation. The apartment was large and spacious. It was family friendly and located on the ground floor so easy to get in and out.
